Opened timewalking Cache before hotfix

Same here. Got a 441 Curio on Tuesday night. No replacement cache as of yet.

I opened my cache before the specified time, and recieved a 441 Flame-Warped Curio, and as of this post have not recieved a replacement. I hope that a round 2 fix is applied for the people in my situation.

They’ll figure it out next expansion, I’m sure.

I haven’t received anything and I was early on making ticket to report it. My ticket is still open.

My 441 flamewarped curio for 3 hours if queue times. Pls

your post appears to be prior to the hotfix, and doesn’t reflect the current situation.

A bit off topic but are not the World Bosses suppose to drop 480 gear now? Just did the World Boss of the Emerald Dream area with my druid and she got a 441 drop
before that did the other world boss and got a 480 drop.

Man we all need to give you a award for the smartest person in the room. Why didn’t I think of the bug report ?? All this time I was pacing the room wondering what to do. /SARCASM. If Blizzard had a ignore function on these forums I sure would put you on it. Going forward after this reply, you are a waste of time and energy to respond to again.

Okay, my post about the “bug” on the reward cache chest from the weekly that was hot fixed as of April 24th, 2024 roughly before the time the above blue post stated is for those in this thread
 I opened my cache bag after I turned it in on opening day of Season 4, and happily received a 415 ilvl trinket which I vendored(only because it wasn’t an upgrade). But roughly about, 24 hours later, I received a new cache loot chest in the mail, and got my respective 493 item level reward. You can check my armory profile if you wish to see.

Confirmed it is fixed now. Had quest completed but didn’t turn it in until about 20 minutes ago and got a 502 staff.

The people complaining would likely quit as soon as their outdoor content gear capped. Just stop.

No mail and still have 441 flame-warped curio in my bag. Please fix.

Or we just think it’s crappy that we’re being told it has been fixed when it evidently has not been fixed for everyone.

Support CAN’T do anything, the tools they used to have were removed long ago

Nikisndrs a WoW Community Council member opened a ticket and was able to get a replacement in the mail. So they do have the ability. They just are ignoring most now as the issue grows.

I think the point of failure in this chain of events is the false assumption that the purpose of GM’s is to remedy issues and affect positive changes for players in the game.

I think the last time they tried that was with a TBC Classic launch bug and it drove ticket times to around a month.

if they have it’s likely a special case, normally the only thing they can do is delete items ever since the item restore became automated.
