Whoooopdie freaking doo… all yall are acting like this is the end of the world. It’s a game with no real life currency. I’ve prob lost 100k and I could care less. If they fix it, they fix it…if not, I’ll get more sales in the future.

I had posted 3600 osmenite ore on the AH about 11am EST and about 15k of that sold while I was online. I then logged and went to work till about 3pm EST. When I came home, that sell was not in my mailbox and the rest of the ones I had listed are no longer listed. I assume they sold as well, but nothing to show for it.

If only they had some kind of testing sever for new stuff so this didn;'t happen.

As a former QA tester (for another game, not WoW), it is literally impossible to catch every bug, or even every major bug, before a release goes live. The Live server environment is totally different from the test server environment. You catch what you can, but something will crop up on live - especially with a major systems overhaul like the AH.

Just before the emergency maintenance and ever since it happened. I had a sold auction for flasks disappear from the AH entirely, pending sales and all then immediately after the server came back up it stop delivering gold to me. Also no sales notifications or mail notifications at all.
And I’ve had no mails at all from the AH, either with or without gold.

I’ve lost at least some drums of the maelstrom and some draenic potiions of invisibility. Probably other stuff, who really knows (hopefully Blizz would have a record of who purchased my stuff, though). I haven’t received any gold from an auction since 1 day 40 minutes ago when I sold a redtail loach.
Anything else I wouldn’t know if it was missing because I wasn’t logged in to see the sales happen.
I am missing gold from sold flasks…
I have been experiencing this on multiple servers and multiple characters. I have also tried renaming my old WTF, Interface and Cache folders and loading all new settings.
Everyone should take a breath and calm down. It’s only gold, they’ll figure out how to do an automatic reconciliation and restore it. I’m sure more than enough people are looking into this now that it’s this wide spread.

Some people have different amounts of time they can play and gold may not be as easily gotten as it is for you. It doesn’t matter if its 1 copper or 1 million gold, it’s currency that belongs to us. I’m sure blizzard would be upset if the monthly charge we all pay somehow disappeared. So before you post something you think is intelligent, don’t.

It is understandable that a huge amount of folks upset, because the bug affects a portion of the game 100% of the playerbase uses. People being upset is completely understandable.
With issues of this magnitude, it will take time to fix, and folks just want to know that they won’t lose what they earned. (Which they will get it back). It doesn’t calm anyone down by saying “it’s just gold” or “calm down bro”. It makes them more upset.
Everyone just wants to ensure they are heard, and want confidence that it will be fixed.

apparently they removed the cancel option from my ticket, presumably because it had info they were using or something, but the GM was vague so idk for sure.
They need to shut the AH down and fix this asap, this is very gamebreaking and a known issue for 24 hours

I know I’ve mentioned it a couple of times in this thread, but I’m pretty sure the AH isn’t programmed with an on/off switch. If it was, I’m pretty sure they’d have shut it down by now.

I have now lost around 30k worth of Auctions and I am watching right now to see if I get the gold, because one of my items for 10k, the gold will be coming to me in 7 minutes. Hopefully I get the gold for that at least.
Edit: I did not get the gold in the mail. I am now even more annoyed. Canceling all my auctions now.
Same here. I checked on a few discords asking around, and came across this thread… I lost around 250-300k in pets 
had about 5m worth on ah.
Edit: make that over 500k just looked at the pets I’m misses vs what ones I know came in. Are they going to do some kinda roll backs? This was on my Moon Guard auctioneer
Edit 2: So over the past week. My books are looking like I have 5.1m up, starting on Thursday before the update, but I’m at around 3.8m now in items, but I only made like 335k since then. So, I’m missing ALOT. How will this get fixed? like legit. I don’t see them rolling back a week of wow.
