This game is over 15 years old. We had problems like this back in original TBC. We had it in Classic. We had people warning about the same issue. A company doesn’t have to advertise every little thing to you. You can be an informed shopper and do your research before you purchase something. You don’t need someone to hold your hand on this.

Of all the features from retail to pull from, I have to laugh at merc mode the most.
We know what happens when you continue to remove incentives to play the underrepresented faction. We also know that merc mode creates griefers in BGs who are upset the have to play for the other team.
We have the benefit of history- we can see this solution does not work and in fact makes things worse.
But people still want it because they don’t care about anyone other than themselves.

Please do, they rolled horde
No, mercenary mode is not needed. Or else the Alliance is entitled to the 5% damage and experience buffs they would have gotten in TBC outdoor zones had they not been the underrepresented faction.

It isn’t but it is the price to pay for playing on the more populated faction. If Bging is what people want to do should reroll Alliance and enjoy much faster queue times
mercy more will just make even less people pick Alliance to pvp with , which will make the Horde queue times longer , not a good fix at all, why would you play Alliance to pvp with if you can go the dominant faction and get the instant queue times also, no ! to merc, it will kill Ally pvp.
Don’t need alliance if horde can just verse each other. Bring on merc mode!

Sorry you’ve been living in a cave for the past 15 years and had NO IDEA what your queue times would be like.
If horde queues are say 1 hour, and alliance queues are lets say 10 minutes… IF… and i mean IF horde started rerolling alliance to help even it out so both alliance and horde have like 25 minute queues to meet in the middle… Will alliance actually be okay with that? Because they sure are telling horde to reroll right? 
Or do alliance just want horde to suffer, telling them to reroll, but actually dont want them to reroll
