[Main Thread] Dreadscar Rift/Niskara Crashing - Error 132

When loading the Dreadscar Rift zone my wow client crashes, tried this on mac and windows and with two different characters. One of them is logged out in Dreadscar and is currently inaccessible.

I have exactly the same issue. My game crashed as I tried to enter the Dreadscar Rift (Warlocks’ Class Hall). After this crash occurred, every time I click “Enter World” after Legion’s loading screen I see my warlock standing in front of the entrance to the Dreadscar Rift (the portal gateway in Dalaran Sewers). Then the character instantly enters the Dreadscar Rift (I click nothing) and the game crashes after the Dreadscar loading screen appears.
I tried to delete folders Cache, WTF, to use the “Repair” function and to disable add ons. Problem persists.

I am having the exact same issue. The game crashes after entering the portal during The Heart of the Dreadscar quest in Dalaran. When I walk into the portal it switches to the loading artwork, then crashes.

Chiming in as well, can’t get into Dreadscar Rift either. Loading screen comes up, doesn’t load at all and then crashes with an error message and report screen.

Same exact issue, my character is there rn and every time I log onto him it crashes the game.

I’ve been trying to submit a bug report on this, and the web site won’t let me (Try Again Later).

Since the patch, any character in or attempting to enter Dreadscar Rift (the Warlock Class Hall) causes the game client to crash with a memory error (132).

I am able to log in as other characters, but when I log in as a warlock currently in Dreadscar Rift, or try to enter Dreadscar Rift with another warlock, the game client crashes.

I’m on Proudmoore.

Yeah so I have the same issue with this (I logged my character out in the rift). The game crashes everytime.
I even tried a character unstuck and it did not work, as it’s showing my character still in the rift.

Hoping for a blue post on this at some point?

I hate when I have to stop progress on a quest line because of a bug in the chain. Tried to do The Heart of the Dreadscar and when I attempt to go through the portal the window pops up with a report window and then closes out of the entire game. Happens every time I log in and try to go through it. I really hope they fix this soon as this chain hanging around unfinished really bothers me.

Same here. I can log into all my toons except this warlock, who is in the Dreadscar Rift. When I try to log onto my warlock, I get a fatal error message and the game crashes. I’ve tried deleting my cache/temp files and my addons.

There is another thread on this exact same thing:

Hey y’all,

It looks like there is a bug affecting the warlock class hall that is currently being investigated.

I’ve been hearing that its affecting other legion content as well.

Just a heads up, as one of the people that initially reported this. It’s not just Warlock class hall thats affected. A lot of people have been having issues with Order Hall campaign maps causing the same crash.

Also, Niskara is affected. Blood DKs and Warriors can’t continue their campaign as of the moment.

Glad I’m not the only one. Disabled my addons, no luck, updated them and tried, no luck. Not an addon issue.

Same issue. I’ve tried everything Blizzard recommended to no avail.

To make matters worse, the “character stuck” tool doesn’t work. I’ve tried it twice now, and my character is still stuck in the order hall.

Same issue here as well so if more than two people are having the same issue, can’t be them. Trying to post the bug report and ticket to Blizz. Guess we’ll see how it goes.

The only way to get your character “unstuck” is to create a ticket to ask them to manual move it.
