One thing I have noticed in all of this is no response from anyone at Blizzard. And one of my toons is now having the same issue. I’m on Uldum. Had no problems playing the toon yesterday, went to load up and stuck at 100%.

Same issue here. I just made a new account and subbed, and I am already regretting it.

Having the same problem. 3 accounts, all unplayable. Yet a blizzard rep, 4 days ago, had the audacity to tell me they’ve had no recent server issues. What world does this bozo live in?

Posting here to say that I am now having the same issues while trying to login. HALP
I can’t login to any character that I logged off in Valdrakken. Luckily my mage logged in Zaralek Caverns. I can port to Val - and if I get out somewhere other than Vald I can log back in.

So my alliance toon has zero issues, on USA Dalran, I am able to play, hearth, quest, dungeon and do whatever I want. My horde toon on Tichnodrius has issues almost immediately when I log in. I can’t hearth, can’t interact with any NPC, can’t use spells etc. I lock up and have to Alt F4
Same here… this character is stuck loading whilst the others are fine. (so far, that is. I’m afraid to jinx myself.)
The Garrison does it too.
This is also happening for my characters in Valdrakken. Other characters are able to log in fine. 
I’m also experiencing issues and cannot load into any characters.
Same issue, only on characters currently in Valdrakken.

i have this also, i havent logged onto any mains but on draenor (main server) any toon in dragonflight is completely borked like no npcs, unable to use dragon riding, cant interact with anything, tried logging out then get “character doesnt exist”. i tried a toon in sw and everything seemed to work ok. then i tried a different server (wyrmrest accord) seemed to be totally fine everything including dragon riding is functioning so im not sure where my issue lies. but i guess i cant get any m+ done today lol. i havent seen any concrete solutions either seemingly.
As of this morning, I’ve been unable to log into this toon.
I am having the same problem. I was logged into this character last night and then I went to Uldum, mounted up and in the middle of flying to where I was trying to go I got the 51900319 error. Tried to get back in, when I tried to move same error again. Now I can’t get on her period. And sometimes when I am on other characters it will DC with the same issue. I even tried the character stuck service twice. Thinking maybe the first one didnt’t work so I tried a second time. Still can’t get on the main character I play for gold making and streaming. Can we get an update on this?
Nice to know the game is unplayable on a long weekend and Blizzard won’t respond. Steam sale and moving on to a new game is looking really good right now.
We probably wont see a response till Tuesday after reset. I submitted a ticket yesterday around like 7pm est. And still haven’t heard anything. It says 2 days and 16 hour wait time and it said that yesterday too. I am just relieved to know that I am not the only one experiencing these issues.
Same thing happening to me. How dreadful. Please fix your game Blizz. It’s so bad it should be pulled down for emergency maintenance.

I can’t even log out off the game without alt+f4 it, nothing is responding.
Thanks for your reports, everyone! We are investigating this issue and believe the login error (“A character with that name already exists”) and the loading screen disconnects that began last night (July 2) are related.
We’ll share updates in this thread as they become available. I’m sorry for the disruption this causes in the meantime. Retrying is the only known “workaround” at this time.
