One of my characters is pretty much stuck in limbo. I am getting a 51900319 error when trying to get on her. What is the fix for this?
No only could I not log in on 3 of my DF characters, but on my low level alt in DMF, I could not find any of my lvl 1 to 23 battle pets!
I’ve gotten disconnected and teleported to Valdrakken during a Freehold M+ run twice this week, and I’ve gotten disconnected during the loading screen for the dungeon before entering, also twice.
I’ve replied in the other post, im still having this issue and only in Valdrakken, i can log normally on toons that aren’t parked there so i would recommend avoiding Valdrakken for the time being
It’s not just valdraken, it’s everywhere. any time you make a zone change you have that possibility of dumping the game and getting stuck. I have two guildies who were in dalaran and tried to get to org through the portal. they are stuck in dalaran. tried using garrison hearth, it goes off, but they go nowhere, a few min later they get booted out of the game, only to come back with their hearths on CD and still in dalaran.
I’m having the issue too. It’s intermittent, but almost always seems to happen in a populated zone like Valdrakken, or when I hearth to a new zone, usually Valdrakken.
Usually when I see this type of problem I look at network settings, but I didn’t see any improvement by disabling the network optimized for speed setting. I’ve even removed my WTF folders to re-configure addons, and it did seem better, but I could be imagining the improvement.
Once I get “a character with that name already exists” it persists for around 10 minutes, which doesn’t make much sense, because I thought WoW had a 30 minute timer for the character to be logged off.

Still is a problem (this is July 3rd… ) and the problem is getting worse, as can not even log in, gets Dc’d error 51900319
This problem started for me on Saturday afternoon and has gotten progressively worse somehow. I tried deleting all of my addons, reinstalling the game, even installing it on another rig entirely. All with the continued degradation of the situation.
I no longer can log into any characters in dragonflight at all. Any characters that weren’t there are essentially in empty worlds that they can’t interact with or do anything in.
This has happened on Moon Guard (A) and Zul’jin (H) for me.

As the team tries to peel the onion back: The issues started after 26 June maintenance, but were so irregular that at first they could be attributed to random crap and ignored. They became more noticeable on Thursday or Friday (when the first threads appeared) and then expanded throughout the weekend until we have the situation that exists now.

Thank you for finally responding. This issue has become a headache for the last few days. Could barely play at all over the weekend and I still have some weekly things I wanted to do before reset tomorrow. Still might not be able to do them now because the issue is still ongoing 
This issue is mostly resolved for me however I am still unable to log into specific characters.
I don’t know why but anytime I try to log into my main it cycles the load screen before disconnecting. It is only one of my characters that is stuck in this limbo. I get an error message when trying to use the character un-stuck feature as well.
Tonight I was able to log onto all my stuck characters, so hopefully it’s fixed or will be after maintenance.
July 2nd? Try the last week. There are multiple threads on this and no response until a week later basically saying “you just have to deal with it”.
lucky, I still can’t. Tried the stuck character service 3 times with no success. I really need to get on my character my mail is going to expire soon.
Most if not all of my characters are stuck on the character select screen from either hearthing to valdrakkan, leaving valdrakkan, loading into a dungeon, etc. its quite frustrating. Glad i pay for this game to have horrible servers from a multibillion dollar company

Good news, you’re not the only one experiencing this issue. Bad news, it sucks when you can’t play.
I hope the maintenance tomorrow resolves this, was really hoping to push some keys throughout the weekend, but it appears I’m going to have to wait 2 more weeks to get KSM on my alt.

This happened to me this morning, including unable to log out. I had to alt+F4 out of the game. Portals didn;t work
M+ chest were spawning minuets later. and all with low latency (40-80 MS)
Spells casting well after GCD and cast complete notifications.
Absolute disaster, made me look incompetent in a M+.
Don’t know what gives, computer is completely 100% overkill for the game, hardwired internet 1Gps speed.
Disconnects RANDOMLY, but predictably. Do like 3 circles around the Valdraken fountain and poof!
Something is wrong with the game.

This works for me sometimes.
I have same issue.
The problem being if you manage to get back in to play your character after this error has occurred there are more issues.
The portals in Valdrakken do not work.
NPC’s outside of Valdrakken do not always load.
Loamm is blocked and cannot be flown to.
World quests cannot be completed.
The issue is much more than an issue with logging in, it is a server wide issue.
