My 639 ret is pretty close to an 11 fury warrior in damage and will be much better next season. TW scales with level, not gear, so when I’m doing another 50% more damage next season, I’ll be putting the fury twinks to shame

Ive never seen it and the fact that is so rare shows how utterly overpowered a twink is that is beating the most geared people in the game. No comparison

Even in basketball a superstar is higher status because of their talent physical prowess or iq. In wow we are all equal, nobosy is drawing plays for a dps or tank. Comparison makes no sense
It would be more akin to a ball player literally being alone on the court while the other 4 sit on the sidelines doing nothing.

Well, first of all, the ones whom are doing it to run boost parties have begun getting banned because the way in which they do it has been considered an exploit. Secondly, it isnt very fun when they dont hold thread and the mobs run rampant and kill the other party members. Or when other party members cant keep up. So really, it is kind of making it miserable for just about everyone but them.

Lots of twinks were banned… lots were not.
I haven’t been banned, my fiance hasn’t been banned and nobody i personally know has been banned and we all twink.
So, im pretty sure you’re random spouting without any actual knowledge of why can just be ignored as pure BS. Back it up with a blue link if you want to be believed, otherwise you don’t know jack.
I have no clue why people were banned, but it’s probably some ToS violation… of which twinking is not. Its a guess, i dunno.

That is what I had read relating to it, and it doesnt say “I dont know why” it depicts notations about people being banned after they had done it. At this point I am done trying to be civil with you as you have been hostile right off the bat. So I suggest you go re-read that as I doubt you did in the first place, seeing as you want to claim the “I dont know why”. Aside from that, just take your toxic self out of here. If you want to never ever do new expansion content ever, and only farm TW tokens (also consider that TW, aside from big events like turbulent timeways or anniversary stuff, only comes around like once a month iirc), then none of these things matter, yeah.
Oh, wait, actually, gearing does matter for twinks. You need to farm the gear and buy the right gems (or if you’re giga-into twinking, do months worth of farming to get the right Mechagon ring for your class…)
I think you’re missing that twinks are hyper min-maxed for speed clearing outdated content for farming purposes or otherwise, or even just for fun! It might feel bad for a level 80 to not measure up to a level 11, but that’s a scaling issue, lol… that is straight up Blizzard’s fault, yeah.
Personally, I’d just sit back and enjoy the free dungeon carry, especially if you’re leveling an alt.
During the anniversary event, I got into twinking and it felt great to carry people. It is outdated content, so whatever, why not blast everything in my sight? It’s like Pandaria remix max-ilvl stuff all over again!
One; find a guild or group of friends to M+ with instead of pugging, or run your own keys, so if you are pugging, you can kick out people you don’t like, ‘culture’ problem solved!
Two; do normal and heroic current season dungeons.
I… what? I mean, I am sure down the road they can add delves to continents before Khaz Algar, but that seems a bit odd. What exactly do you mean by this?
I get that you’re upset about how scaling works, but unless people are screaming in your whispers about how you didn’t measure up to a lvl 11 BiS twink in outdated content, I don’t think it is as big of an issue as you think it is.
Twink characters are not being suspended and have never been suspended for twinking.
Selling carries while exploiting around the XP penalty for grouping with an XP off character may get someone suspended, as may some of the things I’ve seen posted recently like using multiple accounts (one with a twink) to complete Turbulent Timeways all at once (some players had the mount week one) or get multiple ‘first of the day increased loot chance’ event reward boxes (multiple increased chances for mount).

Yeah I figured it was something like this. Simply leveling a character to 11, turning XP off, and facerolling through dungeons is as boring as it possibly gets on this game but it’s not against any rules.

Myself, my family, my friends… we all twink… quite a lot… none of us were banned.
I don’t know why some twinks were banned, but i can guess… something far more than just smashing TW and leveling people, because Myself and my circle all do TW, all have twinks and we help people level (for free) none of us were banned… my wild guess includes the following thoughts:
Multiple accounts?
Self leveling with said accounts?
Bot programs
3rd party software (automation)
RMT?
Account Stacking to increase loot drops?
Ive heard of all the above being things… we don’t go anywhere near any of that stuff and our group is 100% ban-free.
I am guessing, cuz we’ve seen no blue posts im aware of. Blizzard is silent and ill take a wild guess those getting banned don’t want to fess up in public to the things i mentioned above that would get them banned.
