OP hitting that inspect button…
If this was true people wouldn’t still be waiting to solo BFA due to mechanics so many years later so transmog is more important realistically because people are doing the content currently and then when they aren’t you don’t know how long you will be waiting until you can actually farm it yourself so better to do it now rather than waiting.
hey, its bis for my transmog, resonant crystal or gold. Im a paying customer just like you, same rights.
You can solo most of the BfA raids, just bring one friend for the couple of bosses that need it.
It is insane. Who does Normal for Transmog runs? Doing LFR and Heroic will get you access to all four color variations. Normal is so horribly inefficient since you would still need LFR and Mythic to collect all sets.
Bringing other people due to the mechanics isn’t actually soloing so again they aren’t soloable so I stand by my original statement.
It’s an MMO. There are plenty of other players. If you can’t find a few people to help with those very few bosses that actually need more than 1 person, it’s a skill issue in the social dept.
Because you’d prefer to try and force a hard black/white definition rather than accept there’s variables in play that are intended to best balance the goals of everyone involved.
The fact you are both trying to push that it’s soloable when it’s actually not is making laugh because legit I have no issue with people needing for transmog currently because you don’t actually know how long you are going to have to wait to solo stuff, that’s the bottom line for me.
Transmog is forever and ilvl is temp.
Yea, hard to tell snark on the internet. Anyway yup, this is me still being passive aggressive for them not making these raids soloable in years.
If I’m looking for a normal mog, then I’ll do both LFR and normal for double the chance to get it.
You can solo all of Nylalotha without someone else, you only need a buddy or a pet for: the Court in EP, the second to last boss in Uldir, and the Council in BoD. Every other boss fight is soloable.
Rules should be specific though, and you didn’t answer the question. Why can’t I roll on cloth? I participated in the kill, right?
generally im against posts like this… but recently its been hell trying to gear alts in LFR with people in 470+ needing on stuff they clearly had no need for. LFR should be personal loot.
Again the point is it’s not 100% soloable and at this point in time so many years later you shouldn’t need anyone except yourself and yet you still do thus why I am supportive of people needing for transmog over actual need because who knows when you might get the same item again or actually get the chance to go farm it solo so again still standing by my original statement.
you’re right. Let’s make it really fair and everything can be open. But don’t also tell me you actually care about people who need gear to use getting it.
Either way people won’t agree no matter what, but I’m more than happy with the actual function of the system working out overwhelmingly better for my toons actually in LFR.
The rolling restrictions are a very clear rule. If the need button is lit up, you’re allowed to hit it.
I help down the boss my need roll is just as important as yours doesn’t matter what ilvl of gear I have
Don’t like it start your own raid and lay out the loot rules.
Heck some trinkets from normal is better than mythic ones.
I still use Augury of the Primal Flame on my pally and feral and DH even though is only from normal raid and I got high ilvl trinkets. Don’t judge and item of ilvl.
And yes I roll need on everything if I can. At the end if I don’t need it I give it away. otherwise is my right to roll need.
that’s an easy fix too.
Consistency is key. So we can’t honestly say that everyone participated and gets a shot when that doesn’t actually happen.
We’re all trying to extract information from the loot roll availability.
People are saying “my transmog is a Need too”. “my vendor spec is a Need too”.
We can disprove those. As I’ve continually said, this doesn’t change what you’re allowed to do, it just changes what you can prove you can do.
But we can use an accurate statement that reflects how the system works by saying everyone who participated gets a shot at loot they’re eligible to roll need on.
Good luck then coz when i do LFR or normal pugs I specifically wear item of lower ilvl so people like you can’t complain. What’s next check people on IO? You are a funny one. Spend so much time on hating people getting loot that you think you “should get”. Guess what until you actually won the roll and item in your bag the drop is not yours meaning they didn’t steal it or take it from you. They won it and it is theirs not yours.
