Implement Downvoting

You didn’t seem to comprehend what was said. So let’s try again:

Responding gives them a way to keep a topic they like at the top of the forums.

If given a dislike button, they don’t need to comment and can bury a topic just by hitting dislike and not adding posts to it. Others will see dislikes and decide not to respond so that the topic gets buried. People miss out on some good counter arguments.

When I started responding earlier you weren’t flagged/hidden.

People are silly, I don’t get the flagging.

Yeah… it’s the second time now.

Like votes should be nixed as well. Social-media addiction disintegrates the soul.

That comment made zero sense. LOL

People don’t bury topics they like, sir. They keep posting to keep them on top.

You’re running out of nonsensical arguments.

Except unless you read the entire topic, you won’t find out if it is actually a good idea because you have to find the dissenting posts that where then “liked” by those that did agree.

Honestly it doesn’t matter anyways, it’s not going to change and people will just continue to misuse the “report” option. I mean why would anyone report the OP? Did he break any rules? No, it is because THEY wanted to silence a discussion and probably did it without even posting why they disagreed

That comment was a copy of yours, only removing the ‘dis’ part of dislike. As you say dislikes would bury topics because players wouldn’t post but instead hit dislike, is the same as players who don’t post but instead hit like.

I got flagged on a comment saying pvpers stink. It got me a temp suspension and I no longer qualify for t3 trust level. :sob::rofl:

how is that different from the flag into oblivion that happens now?

Yeah, I’m a little worried this topic is going to get me suspended.

This is why I had my old topic about how the flagging system needs to change back to the reporting system with much more clear and defined reasons for the report, along with a warning for what happens if you false report.

I got nailed for saying that highelves were redundant. So much for my T3 as well.

Can you link to that topic, please?

Blizzard doesmy care about false reporting

And made absolutely no sense. Like the rest of what you said.

Except it made just as much sense as what you said.

People abuse anything automated like the auto ban if enough flags thing.

Make CM’s great again. I miss them.

No. It didn’t. :woman_facepalming:t4: Which I already explained why. I’m not going to talk in circles with you again.
