I'm quitting wow

Can I have your stuff?

I’m sorry you dislike the game so much that you feel the need to quit, and I hope that you enjoy classic more. (Though, if grinding is your issue you might just need to find a new game or genre entirely.)

There are dozens more threads like this along with players I’ve spoken with that only do pet battling/wq/warfronts so I’d check your information before making assumptions on what someone likes to do in wow. The majority of casuals in bfa at least from the dozens I’ve spoken with hate dungeons/raids and like the solo aspect of wq/warfronts/petbattling etc.

Just because you and I only believe raiding/dungeons are the only content worthwhile doesn’t mean other people pay 15$ a month to do wq/warfronts/petbattling, I’m just as shocked to be honest, I’d say go buy a handheld gameboy or w/e the new ones are and buy new content with every 15$ to play pokemon.

Then those people shouldn’t be playing an MMO where you’re supposed to interact with other players and where people who put time in should be rewarded for their effort.

Exactly what I said, but still the casuals make up this game. What was the % back then with the amount of people that raided in vanilla, like 5-10% at most? I personally wouldn’t be playing this game if I wasn’t clearing mythic content, making gold has quite literally been the only thing keeping me logging in, also my guild that I’ve been in for 4 years.

I love the garbage you spew.

It doesn’t mean casuals need to be excluded from the game. Many people that didn’t enjoy raiding or pvp could do other stuff like work on their professions or goldmaking that they could use to contribute to the economy of the game without hurting gear progression. If anything being a casual was more meaningful in classic than it is in BFA because the actual rewards and progression systems aren’t neutered.

Sorry, what I meant to say was,
the people who love BFA are people who do not like good MMORPGs with meaningful character progression that actually rewards players who invest time in their character.

But thanks for the garbage input : )

It is a nice theory but still garbage! I do love how you speak for the casuals though! You can only define something as meaningful to yourself and only you.

You’re right. There’s zero objectivity in any of this, completely black and white. Getting a heroic piece of gear from doing a 30 minute brain dead warfront is just as rewarding as getting a piece of tier gear in classic because it’s subjective.

Yeah, I know you are just making up stuff at this point.

I didn’t get anymore joy/happiness/excitement/fulfillment from getting gear while I raided in Vanilla then I do from getting gear while I raid in BFA…

There are hard ones?

Don’t like the grind of retail?

In Webster’s when you look up the word grind, there is a illustration of classic wow as an example.

Yeah all these people complaining about the grind of BFA are mostly like you said ones that want instant gratification. I never played Classic but it will be a rude awakening for these people from what I hear lol.

Doesn’t it take like a month to hit max level? If so I don’t see that being real popular with todays gamers.

I have no idea where people get the idea that they need to grind mobs to level or that it took forever. I had 4 level 60 toons. None of them had to grind mobs and it didn’t take me forever.

Maybe these people didn’t go to the other continent? Maybe they didn’t do dungeons? I don’t know.

Well if he doesn’t want people responding to what he thinks he probably shouldn’t have posted on these forums. You know since that is what they are here for, responding to what people type.

Depends on your class and dedication. But yeah, it takes a long time.
And once you hit max, you’ll have to spend the same amount of time if not more, to get your epic mount :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I will probably try it close to winter time since I usually have more time on my hands.

I think it might be a rude awakening for some players that have never played it lol.

LOL, complain about grinding. The mention Classic. Another player that will probably not make it to level 20 in Classic.

August 27, 2019 is the day you can give up grinding for…grinding.
