I refuse to level in Wrath without a Mage boost

You understand the boost is only good once per account right. You didn’t just come on here and start complaining without actually reading up on what you’re complaing about right? Riiiiiight?

And you STILL don’t seem to understand the boost only goes to level 70… So it’s irrelevant as far as Wrath leveling

It’s easy but long, and that’s the point. No one is going to want to roll an alt just to spam 1-2-1-2 on generic quests for 100 hours just to see how a class plays at 80, that’s insane.

They will just be forced to buy a boost which is what they want lol, most don’t have the time to go through that whole 1 - 80 again, esp not working class folks.

Complaining about leveling in a MMO is ridiculous. Just don’t play the game. Never in a billion years are they going to give everyone infinite free level 80s. Go to a private server for that kind of thing.

Okay, we’ve been saying Mage Boosting just to help clarify it was an ingame service. But I need you to know that this affects ALL boosting, not just mage boosting. No more stockade runs, no more strat runs.

Boosting is killed by the reduced XP when someone in your party outlevels the group

AoE farming for mages is killed due to the anti-snare/root time limits.

You… still… don’t seem to understand that it’s not a level 80 boost.

This has to be a troll.

RDF and Heirlooms on top of nerfed xp per level, and it was the worst to level through?

If you don’t want to level without playing the game then I guess don’t play the game :person_shrugging:

They will not be forced to buy a boost. Either level the character or quit.

Complaining about other people complaining is also ridiculous, my opinion won’t change anything and neither will your gatekeeping.

There is no RDF and even with Heirlooms it’s going to take a long time, I did it on a PServer, you will hate it after the first or two goes.

No one is saying it’s hard or difficult, but to think people will want to actively do it multiple times is insane, they will just buy the boost.

Looks like PServers will get a whole lot more populated :man_shrugging:

That is ridiculous, but I’m not complaining. I’m also not preventing you from playing or not playing the game. Blizzard is the one that is not going do anything about your problem so I guess they are “gatekeeping” you.

And you won’t be one of them. I imagine you’ll be right here on blizzard’s servers for years to come.

Cool OP you can go try retail. They boost you too max level insta, what an amazing feature.

leveling isn’t for everyone, neither is mmorpg. Maybe go try a different game where you don’t have to invest time. like casino slot since your so interested in spending gold to see your xp bar go up, you can even be lucky sometime and get extra mob! what a game

is the the reason why

is possible

I mean I play this game for free, and I have a full time job otherwise with other hobbies so yeah i’ll hop on my main and once I inevitably get bored after doing everything i’ll log off because the thought of paying for a $60 boost for what will be the worst version of WoTLK to release is actually a joke.

Ain’t no one got time for that unless you just have nothing other to do but WoW.

:man_shrugging:

I want to invest my time in end game.

Not only could I probably dog you in Arenas in TBC but I could give you a run for your money in raids too because the content is the easiest thing out there, it’s so easy even someone like you who tries to tell people to quit because they don’t like leveling can be confident enough to have a voice.

If your form of enjoyment is monotonous MMO leveling, have at it but most of us prefer to actually play the end game than play the leveling game.

who doesn’t

keep talking big mouth, no log on wcl nor ironforge pro, also on grobbulus. you got clowned for a fake dream of wpvp, but its ok you can go back to rping in goldshire.

didn’t tell you to quit. i told you to try other game at the same time.
I play classic, apex, OW and board games.
There’s probably a game out that will ensure you’re not over-saturating yourself with WOW content.

Ironic that all these tears are coming from a Level 11 forum alt

Nice backtrack but that’s not what you said, either way I don’t need unsolicited advice about my gaming choices.

I like WoW, I will play WoTLK but there’s a reason why I play this game for free via tokens and I don’t support any of the cash shop stuff.

It’s a terrible business practice to say you care about the community by trying to ban mage boosts while conveniently selling your own paid boosts. It’s a KMMO strat, i’ve seen it before and I will always be against it.

Im surprised people dislike the 70+ leveling experience. The wrath zones are some of the best ever IMO!

You should play a different MMO rather than expecting to get a bunch of no-effort end game toons.

I do like Wrath leveling the first time, but it’s just tedious to do it over and over esp. with no RDF either and no early mage boosting so unless you buy their $60 boost you gotta do 1 - 70 all the way over again too.

It’s just too much of a grind just to have multiple alts.

What effort? 1-2-1-2 skill spam on the most boring quests in MMO history for 100 hours?

Like I said if you enjoy that go for it but some of us don’t care and will want to boost, actually most of us want to boost otherwise Blizzard wouldn’t have even offered it.

Grizzly hills = one of the best zones.

Nobody is forcing you to purchase blizzard P2W boost. You shouldn’t even be able to purchase a blizzard boost either, but blizzard wants your money.

In a perfect world there should be no mage or shop boosts, I would want mage boosts but I can see people’s PoV on the RMT of it but at the same time Blizzard selling a boost is just as much RMT and they STILL haven’t addressed the bots, they didn’t solve anything.
