Ya know, if y’all looked at the whole picture, maybe this conversation could go somewhere. Unfortunately, history show that if you break it down to “Who did it first”, it is the people who want others to live their life the way they do, often using different religion based arguments.
Normally, I’d agree with this sentiment, but the community actively participated in being politicized and marketed to over the last decade, and continue to do so.
Weird how they went all-in after everything they fought for against the establishment.
Introspection is a little used human ability. 
Nah people kill each other on mass for way more petty reasons then that. We are tribal by nature.

These are emotions and are part of the human experience. The idea though, is to become disciplined enough to not be ruled over by your emotions. It’s something everyone fails at but that doesn’t mean it’s not worth trying.
No, it’s more primal than that. “I want their stuff,” or, “I don’t want them to have my stuff.”

To be equally pedantic, yes! They are emotions. The behaviors that surround them and how they are ‘weaponized’ - for lack of a better term, because this language is cheeks - in modern parlance are learned, however. That was more my point.
Yep, religion is the way banks started, and then the concept of “Real Estate” and using gawds to take peoples money by guilt, and property by shame.

The French Revolution outlawed religion. They seized assets and guess what they did with it. Oppress more people.

There will be quite a bit of friction soon though. While I assume there is far more to the op’s story then listed society is shifting once again. Much like when religion fell out of favor in the 90s. Now the extreme focus on minority groups is falling out of fad. I’m not sure what comes next. Part of me hopes for more open and free speech but even to me that comes off as impossibly naive.

Because religions have driven societies to greatness and implosion. The greatness is just the greed and gluttony of it. There is never much harmony. Is there still religion in France?
I’d contest that calling ‘minority groups’ a ‘fad’ is a touch off the ball, but honestly, if people will literally just stop worrying about my existence as a point of political contention? Please. God.
Id like to know how any of this isnt political?
Can we get a reason why male female changed to body types 1 and 2 without bringing in socio-political issues?
