I am having the same problem. Finished that BFA intro scenario, but no quest popped up after. Does this have something to do with Anduin no longer being in the keep?

Yeah same.
I logged on my Human Mage to start BfA questing. I chose to skip the Battle of Lordaeron because I have seen it. I turned in the quest near the docks like normal ā¦ and nothing.
I went to the board. I went to the king. I went to the Silithus Wound to see if Magni would initiate the Neck Questā¦ I even tried picking a Chromie time and then reverting to normal time like suggested here.
My Human Mage is stuck somewhere after the Battle of Lordaeron but canāt even find a way to go forward, to start the neck portion or the kul tiras portion. I took the boat to Kul Tirasā¦ but no quests.

I canāt start the questline to reach Battle for Azeroth on my Night Elf Druid either.
Looks like this answers some questions, guess I wonāt be playing this character tonight.

Yeah, it kinda blows, I started a void elf and gonna put him on hold til they fix it. It is what it isā¦

hi mate im from eu and we cant post on bug forums on eu for some reason. so my question is do they know at blizzard its also on the eu side this bfa issue?
You can report bugs in-game on the Help menu. Works for EU as well. Iāve reported a bug from my EU license today. Patches that fix NA will go through on EU as well.

yea i did already yesterday
I was able to do this in BfA 3 days ago. It was not broken 3 days ago because I created a Void Elf, went to the call board, and started BfA from level 10. Seamless. Guy (Herald) had the quest to go witness the war council. I entered the keep, and Anduin/Jaina/Co. were there and I saw the cinematic. Then, I got sent to dock to see Jaina. Told her Iād seen the story before, and I was ported to the Boralus dock with Talia there to start the quests with me to get ferry, bank, etc.
So.
Today, I started a new toon when a guildie could not access BfA. My new toon could NOT get the quest. Tried an existing character and a new character.
The bug happened between 3 days ago and today.

Definitely correct. I max leveled a Warrior and was able to go to Battle for Azeroth content right away.
Itās just today that I started noticing none of my new characters get the quest to be able to go there. Allied race and core races, not working for any.
They are aware of it, but it being Sunday night, probably be a bit before itās working again.

so someone in another thread said this. i had this issue with my new mage, all I did was get the flight whistle and then Greymane had āTides Of Warā quest for meā¦
okay so basically he got to 50 got the heart unlocked wqs and its there so it might be worth for people trying it out it might be a solution for now while we waiting for the fix to be ready and implemented i have to test it out myself as well if it works or not
I tried, it did give me the flight whistle from the boat, but Greymane still doesnāt offer me the Tides of War quest. So, I canāt unlock Nazjatar or 8.3 content.

yea for some it work for some it doesnt yea but atleast we know blizz is aware of it its on the known issue list and they are working on a fix lets hope its will be fixed this maintenance on wednesday
i hope they will provide us with some more info soon this is 2 and half day now where alof people cant play the game i have 5 lvl 50s now leveld up and i cant do anything with them now apart from playing in old expansion flying around like a chicken without head and that basically it, i mean im just leveling more alts up just for the sake of having something to do, i cant play on my max lvl characters now cause what am i gonna do fly arround in oudland all day? killing mobs in pandaria for 10 hours? haha ;p
Glad itās been acknowledged and a fix is being worked on. Iām up to two alts stuckā¦ lol
