The mount is a reward for those with arecurring (as in active) 6- or 12-month subscription. If you canceled that subscription, it is, by definition, not recurring, so you wouldn’t be eligible for the mount.

If a player already had game time when signing up for the 12- month subscription, it would have immediately billed the player for the 12 months and tacked that time onto whatever active game time was already on the account.

It’s absolutely possible to have signed up for the 12-month subscription while the promotion was active and have a renewal date that doesn’t coincide with the promotion period.

100% I had time already paid for and got 30days for DF.

When I paid for my 12M arecurring sub I paid for all that come with it, it technically arecurring time until that time ends. The next time I buy would not be under the arecurring unless I buy an arecurring. The GM is working with me.

No, it was recurring until you canceled it. That’s the definition of recurring.

I did not give away all my that I paid for by hitting a unsub so that my card does not get hit at a unexpected time. I paid for 12M and all that come with it. It did not say By hitting this you lose what you would get for the money paid up front. Ill go off what The GM says,

The mount isn’t a reward for paying for 12 months, or 6 months. It’s a reward for having arecurring 6- or 12-month subscription. When you canceled that subscription, it stopped being a recurring subscription.

No, when does your subscription recur? Your account overview will tell you. If you don’t have a billing date, you have an expiration date. If you have an expiration date, you don’t have a recurring subscription.

You’re not going to listen to anything that supports your opinion, including the GM that responds to your ticket confirming what you’ve been told here. I’m not wasting any more time on you. Have a good one.

Just add a subscription. You have time. Don’t pay anything or stop payment and get the mount if they play Hardballs.

I believe what Sendryn was trying to get at is that it is still too early for anyone to have had to renew a 12-month sub since the subscription wasn’t available until November 2022, and as you stated, the 12-months got pinned to the end of whatever gametime we had when signing up. Sendryn simply pointed out that we have not yet reached November 2023, which should be the earliest the 12-month subscription can renew.
