I had to make a new account and I’m realizing honor level 30 and below are phased into their own battle group for bgs. This is the worst thing this game could have done, I feel like I’m playing with bots most of the time. New player battle group should just be 5 honor levels, not 30. It’s really not hard to learn how to cap some flags. Anyways rant over

After Honor level 30, Randoms BGs have been almost all losses

So after I passed Honor lvl 30 and the player pool changed to a different group of players, I have only won a handful of games after playing probably close to 30+. The losses are bad many times, lopsided. Some seem to be automatic losses : Battle for Gilneas, Temple of Kotmugu, and Seething Shore. Blizzard needs to remove the Honor Level 30 requirement for battlegrounds. Here’s why: Queue times are way too long for players under level 30. Hirav is correct about the <30 Honor Level for new players. They get a special bracket. The first question I ask if someone in trade or here on the forums mentioned hour+ random BG Q’s is what is your honor level?

I don’t know why they implemented it or more importantly why it stays around. My guess is one of those days that will just quietly disappear to be rememberd by old forum regulars.

If your wow forum search foo is good you can find a number of posts about the <30 Honor Level bracket/thingy over the last year or three.
