I had to make a new account and I’m realizing honor level 30 and below are phased into their own battle group for bgs. This is the worst thing this game could have done, I feel like I’m playing with bots most of the time. New player battle group should just be 5 honor levels, not 30. It’s really not hard to learn how to cap some flags. Anyways rant over
the hl 30 bracket will hang around at 70 for a few weeks but it will go away. you shouldn’t be seperated in 71-79. it should be a thing at 80 as well.
I know it’s still a couple weeks away, but once the season opens you can queue Rated Blitz which does not restrict based on honor level.

I’m 79 now, and just tested it still has me separated. Sigh
group with someone over hl 30 and also make a thread over on the bug forums. the ques must be terribly long.
Actually it’s a pretty good thing and I think it should be higher.
The reason is cause fresh players should be able to have their own space to try and learn the game (albeit a short window of 30 honor levels kekw) and then you just get thrown into the grinder of people who have 16 years of experience on you and it’s just such a stomp most newer players upon queuing into that stop queuing PvP entirely.
Just get 30 honor levels and you’ll be out. You don’t need to take away their whole space for 30 honor levels of ease.
Thinking the only thing that separates new players and vets is “learning to cap a flag” is laughable.

I mean in this case I guess there could be an option to opt in to a “new player queue” and have the 30 honor level turned on. Idk 30 levels is time consuming if you aren’t online all day. There’s people who’ve been playing many years but create a new account and are punished in a way
Depends on the reason why said person had to make a new account.
I don’t know I just think it’s dumb. It’s not going to change anyways
