Those people are just dishonest. They would 100% continue to play and raid even without payouts. They are just coping because they know GDKPs support RMT and have turned a game into a second job because of it.

Gdkps are done by people who believe their time in a video game is more important than everyone else who pays the same
We would continue to raid only in our guild and have no raiding alts because your pugs are trash.
Gdkps are typically almost entirely made up of alts.

My guild does not bring in pugs. We have enough people on bench and rotating in that we don’t need them.

You main raid in a guild and if you want to raid more you make an alt, what better place to raid on an alt than a gdkp?

Of course not, since ‘latin’ is a geography thing, not a race thing; it’d make you a xenophobe in any case since latins can be white, black, brown, yellow or red. But more importantly, the issue isnt that they dont wanna play with them, thats fine, the issue is getting uppity about seeing spanish in the global chat. Nobody is trying to force people to play with latins, but at the same time its bigoted as hell to be annoyed by anything not your own.
You’re conflating organized groups with GDKP as if terrible trade chat GDKPs or well organized guild alt runs didnt exist. You cling to that argument because you don’t want to admit to being an addict.
If I didnt feel like raiding I wouldnt seek compensation. I’d do anything else, there is a whole world outside.

No one cares what you would do, gdkps exist for alts because this may come as a shocker but not everyone feels how you do, people like raiding so they raid on more than just their main in their guild and since their guild may only have 1 raid team with a 1-2 day commitment those people need pugs and gdkp discord communites are vastly superior to trade chat pugs.
Im willing to bet organized gdkp groups for alts are more organized and prog further than even your own raid team.
I wouldnt be shocked to see hardly any prog out of your main if you werent hiding.

Trade chat gdkps are trash i literally already said that.
You want good runs you join the gdkp discords, they are typically ran by guilds.
Those runs are most likely, no, they are better than your guild runs.

I’ll be honest, I don’t think drink is saying they are all professionally run and very efficient. Maybe I missed it but I got the impression he was saying that GDKPs are for those who want to participate in raids who have alts normally and they exist for a reason, but no one is required to participate in them.
I don’t participate in them because I raid 2 x nights a week on my main in my guild and that is enough for me. If others want to participate on GDKPs or alt runs - by all means, please do.

If your guild fulfils your raid commitment and thats all you want it makes sense to not run more.
However if say you wanted to raid another 2 nights on an alt im betting you would need to look elsewhere for a raid on that alt.
So you want good efficient runs you hop on a gdkp discord and sign up.
Thats what im saying.
Trade chat gdkps are just as bad as trade chat MS/OS or SR pugs.

Educated people read them in books for centuries. How ever convoluted the path almost all the quotes you think are from facebook or twitter or whatever crp site you use as a substitute for reading books came originally from books.
