Do people only GDkp for the payout? Some sure but most do it because they are proven to be higher quality raids. People tend to listen and perform better when gold is on the line. Can you buy end game BiS/mounts/achieves/titles in the AH? No.
GDKPs are clearly end game boosting and RMT when the people who typically take part in them are hyper focused on rushing to the finish line, something the AH doesn’t offer.

They clearly are supported by RMT. Anyone who is honest and plays the game can tell you that. The WoW token does exist btw. Entire industries that make millions of dollars selling gold also exist. Players aren’t spending hundreds of thousands of gold on consumes at the AH.
Prove the massive pot sizes are not inflated by botted gold and RMT.
Everything is supported by RMT. Crafted gear, professions, vendor stuff.

The only thing I know about those sites is what I read in the newspapers. That tells me enough about them to know there’s nothing of value on any of them for me.
