its all automated i got banned for 2 weeks and i tried appealing it because i didnt know what i got banned for and i got the same reply back to back with no gm name or reason
They use templates. It’s similar to copy pasta but not exactly copy pasta.
So then keep appealing until they say you no longer can. That’s all you can do.

If “they” use templates without even understanding what’s going on I fail to see the difference between the “template” and a copypasta- both are worthless anyways.

Sure, if they dont even get right the exact time of the penalty nor read my appeal/travel information at all I’m sure no errors will be found.
Your post pretty much /threads any “trolls” whomever they may be since you are seemingly credible and articulate.
And no matter rules and “SOP’s” are listed it’s fairly common in large companies noted for their generic/automated customer service that have millions of customers that some are going to get “inaccurately/unrightfully” actioned.

I’m sorry you’re getting trolled by Coomsday on top of being (what appears to be) a totally unjustified ban. I hope this gets sorted out. Sorry this ruined your r1 push man, I can only imagine how frustrating that must be.
Appeals are processed in the order that they are received. It’s a thorough process so it does take time.
Then you should have nothing to worry about. Just try and be as patient as you can.
From a lot of people’s past experience staying patient usually don’t end up well while facing blizzard

Why did you not bring this up on the CS forums? Blizzard isn’t gonna listen to you kvetch on the Arena forums. You might have gotten some clarification there.

I just checked on the CS forums and have yet to seen a post replied by blizzard people. All these posts are just getting replied by “this forum can’t replace a ticket you have to send one”. If all my appeals are failing I will try to bring this up on that forum.
Although there are some good folks there and you can get some insight “sometimes” I found that in a lot of cases, it’s just upset, emotional fellers venting and then having their plight escalated by white knights responding not unlike some of the “matter of fact, here’s the process, deal with the reality” type responses that you experienced here. (That don’t factor in mistakes, omissions, breakdowns in communication, indifference, etc., big company CS failures.)
Just be careful, if you get even a bit irate, the flags will come pretty quickly lol…

Will definitely try to post there if they still haven’t responded me in “4-7 days” as they’ve promised.
If I recall, they respond in about 24 hours if things are normal.
One can only imagine would could possibly be more important than ensuring that someone wrongfully sanctioned is taken care of. 4-7 days. Yikes.
That’s one of the issues though is that once they’ve “hopefully” used their scanners and bots or whatever, someone pushes a button and boom you are done.
