Probably because the people working on identifying the problem and then coming up with a solution don’t have the time to stop and give updates.
I’m going to give my experience with the Twitch drops and having issues with Blizzard, and getting it fixed. Currently, I haven’t received my Feldrake either, so I’m waiting with a ticket open to hopefully fix the issue. I’ve had an issue previously with Twitch drops going to my wife’s account for some reason, even though Twitch was only ever connected to my BNet account. Her BNet was previously logged into her account info on the web browser, and somehow the Firelord thing and Hearthstone drops were going to her unused BNet account.
I opened a ticket via the website, not in game. It took a while to get a response, but they said since the drops were never claimed on my wife’s account, they were ablet o switch them over to my account. Then they just walked me through the typical steps to make sure we fixed the “crossed account issues”. (which I just use a different web browser when claiming Blizz drops now, and up until the Feldrake, have not had another issue.
Tl;dr - you most likely need to open a ticket with BNet via the website and not in game, even though the ticket time is like 26 days. I’ve had twitch drop issues fixed with Blizzard this way in past, and hopefully get the Feldrake issue amended as well.
I completed all requirements literally 4 hours after it went live, connections made properly, etc and I submitted and ticket and they told me that I didn’t do it right (I got the kite so how did I not do it right?), that they can’t help me, and that buying something from the store is a “potential fix”. What an absolute joke of a company.
I responded to a thread in Bug Reports but I thought I’d reply here as well.
Twitch shows I claimed mine Monday night, accounts were linked, no password changes, and I got the Kite with no problem.
I don’t mind waiting so long as Blizzard would just communicate with us that a good faith attempt was being made to resolve the issue.
I still haven’t got mine from the launch. Says claimed but doesn’t show up in game. Been a long while now…
Day 5 for me also. The pets came with in 5 mins of claiming just hope we get the mount.

Yep in the same boat here. Claiming the Kite was instant so not sure what’s gone wrong. Tried posting a couple tickets about the issue earlier in the week to have them instantly closed as resolved which is frustrating from a customer’s view point. Anyway good to see it’s on their radar and hopefully everyone gets their mount soon.
I saw on their customer service Twitter that they have been looking into it and it’s a known issue, but they didn’t have any further information. at the time. That was last night. I haven’t seen any additional information about it, but I’ll keep an eye out.
My wife still hasn’t gotten her mount, but I got mine, and we watched at the same time. Moreover, we both got the kite and the Ichabod pet without issue, so it’s definitely just something plugged up in some pipeline somewhere.

I feel really bummed missing out on this and there is still no fix.
I have been here for every WoW promotion item, I would not miss this. Do I have to submit a screen shot of my twitch drop lol
I saw this too, a couple of replies from Blizzard CS Twitter account to a Feldrake promotion tweet. They all amounted to “this is a known issue, being investigated, no ETA” but I am just thankful its been formally acknowledged both on the forums and twitter.
Up to day 6. Maybe sometime this month I’ll get the Feldrake.
A year later and we still won’t get our Feldrake mounts. Just like all the other things they promised and didn’t deliver on like the ability to transmog grey and white quality gear, or bring back old starter gear for transmog. I bet they won’t do anything for the upcoming Love is in the Air mount drop rate they also promised. My level of disappointment over this Feldrake issue is unmeasurable.
I did and I still got just the automated response. So I immediately opened a new ticket and it’s been open for 3 days with no response.
And your ticket will be closed again since the GM staff who answer tickets cannot fix this as it is not their job to do so. Post in one of the open threads in the Bug Report Forum so that those who can make such fixes go for such issues.
They will keep closing your tickets and if you keep opening them while knowing nothing can be done, they can consider it harassment and threaten you with account action if you keep on. It’s been stated over and over and over again that GMs can do nothing in this case - at current. If that changes, there will likely be an announcement or something.

I claimed my drop the day they were released and still have yet to get it. checked both Bnet and Twitch and still showing as connected on both. Recieved my Kite and the Ichabod pet but no mount. GM’s unable to help with the mount and no real acknowledgement of an issue from blizzard that i have seen. Seems like we are just screwed

The fact they are mentioning a fix is why I’m being patient and quiet about it.
Bugs are rarely acknowledged before they’re fixed by Blizz, so when they are, I tend to assume it’s a tough bug to crack, but that they’re working on it. I do wish we could get some sort of assurance that those of us who claimed it will eventually get what we earned, but I know Blizzard wouldn’t make an assurance like that.
