They should throw it up on the black market so everyone has a way to still obtain it.

I mean clearly the next solution at this point is to just award the mount to everyone who logs in.
Cause going through the slog of ‘waiting’ on something that is not clearly going to update or refresh is kind of false hope? How long are we supposed to sit. Twitch drops are pretty instantaneous and we are pushing five days for the mount. And there’s just going to continue to get a slew of missing mount tickets until something happens.

I don’t know why we would want anything more? Earning Twitch drops is EASY. It takes zero effort to do. It’d be great to just get the reward and move on.
We already received the mount, but you said they should give the mount to everyone who logs in. That wouldn’t be fair to those who they have logs that show they earned it.

Like I said, Twitch Drops are EASY and require ZERO effort. You can take your entitlement for pixels and go elsewhere. If you clearly already have the mount because your drop didn’t glitch then why are you here?

Okay, but I didn’t qualify, didn’t link my account to Twitch even…so, should they just give it to me too since you don’t really care? As someone who didn’t take the time to earn it, I actually don’t think I should get it.

What we do know is that Blizz is looking into the issue and I’m sure that once they’ve worked it out on the back end, those who have actually earned it, will be rewarded appropriately.

I did. I just don’t think that those who didn’t complete the requirements should also benefit. Your post implied that everyone should get it anyway. I disagree.
That said, at the end of the day, that will be a Blizz call anyway and I highly doubt they’ll grant it to those who didn’t actually earn it.

This is my thing, why not just give everyone the ability to claim it. Who cares if a couple people are able to get it without watching the whole “4 hours” of twitch. Plenty more people earned it by watching way longer and still don’t have it granted. It isn’t like it is a piece of gear that gives players an advantage, it is cosmetics. Like I watched probably 16h of twitch trying to have it linked, not getting it - relinking everything and watching the streams again, etc.

I would rather everyone who spent the time to earn it get it, even if a few people who didn’t “earn it” got it - than the opposite where a large amount of people who did earn it, don’t get it.

They care apparently. Like it’s somehow the same as doing Pandaria CM dungeons for the one time transmog, or the original Legion Mage Tower. Not leaving a chrome tab open in the background for four hours.

I just resolved myself to the fact that I won’t get this mount. Blizzard doesn’t seem to care. At least I had something to do well I waited for the severs to not melt. Pretty horrible launch experience. Been playing since vanilla. Pretty sad this is the way it’s going to be. Very disappointed.

Thank you for sharing the response from Twitch, Maizou. I also have not received my fel drake, but I have received the dragon kite and Ichabod pet. I’ve also received all of my OW2 drops.
5 days now, no Feldrake mount. Similar to other posts, I received the first two pets, didn’t change anything, show claimed on Twitch. Just no sign of the mount in WoW.

I got the same response from twitch. Day 5 and nothing, blizz hasn’t even said a peep outside of the " we are looking into it". Feels like they are just hoping everyone will forget and move on. I hope I’m wrong but blizz also doesn’t have the best track record for taking care of things or fixing things either.
