I heard back from Twitch CS and they said they won’t allow re-claiming a drop and the issue lies with Blizzard.

I’m in the same boat, got the kite and ichabod instantly in game but feldrake is lost in space its cool as long as i get it since dragon flying is legit fun as heck but its wild i’m on day 4 of no drake.

I claimed my fel drake the first day it was available and still have not received it, i received the kite pet within minutes of claiming it.

I’d just keep an eye out, if the others came through, this should as well.

There have been reports that these can be delayed.

Following up on this.

My issues and how I think I may have resolved it.

I had Twitch linked to my Bnet account which allowed me to redeem the the prior promotions and kite successfully with no issues. However, I did not have Twitch linked from BattleNet. Today, linking Bnet to my Twitch account via Account Settings seemed to have forced a refresh. Thus granting me the Feldrake.

Might be a false positive, but it happened within 10 minutes of me adding Twitch to my Bnet.

This is absolutely ridiculous, what a failure of a promotion. If you honestly can’t honor this mount to those of us who actually had done it then never offer such a rare reward again. GM’s used to be able to spawn/create/takeaway pretty much any obtainable or unobtainable item in the game. Dragonflight is looking like a banger of an expansion but this situation just feels like a giant middle finger from the Activision Blizzard that we learned about during BFA/SL. Massive step backwards if this just gets swept under the rug and “forgotten about”.

No, they have never EVER been able to just do that. Sorry but that isn’t how GMs and the game have ever worked. GMs must follow policy regarding when and how rewards can be given.

After taking a look, I can see that the Drop in question has already been claimed, and you should be able to see the claimed Drop by navigating to your Inventory page. Please note that Drops can take around 24 hours to update on the Inventory page. If the Drop appears to be missing, we recommend checking that you’re signed into the appropriate Twitch account, and also checking that you have linked the correct game account with your Twitch account.

You should be able to verify the game-account involved by navigating to the game/developer’s connection page, while Twitch account connections are available via your Connections page. It is only possible to link one account from the same developer to a specific Twitch account, so verifying this information should help narrow down the possibilities.

After checking your accounts, if you are having trouble accessing the reward in-game, please note that the developer of the broadcasted game is responsible for fulfilling Drop rewards, and it will be necessary to reach out to the appropriate team for assistance. While we have some visibility related to a Twitch account’s link-status, we cannot see what specific game account was used and our ability to provide additional support is therefore relatively limited.

In the case that an incorrect account was linked, we are unable to facilitate a second opportunity to redeem the Drop and we would encourage you to contact the developer directly in this scenario as well.

They are indeed stating this is entirely in Blizzard’s hands, so hopefully they don’t leave us screwed over if we didn’t get our reward.

And it’s not nearly as widespread as you’re thinking it is.

I think it’s more widespread than you think. There’s multiple people in my guild alone who didn’t get the mount. Most people aren’t on the forums complaining, they’re trusting int he “Just wait and hope” approach.

Just wanting to add I’m in the same boat. I was able to claim & receive the Dragon Kite & Ichabod pet without issue. The Feldrake shows on Twitch as claimed. I have un-linked & re-linked the Twitch/B.Net connections and that has not fixed it for me. I claimed it as soon as I could (10pm EST) on launch day and still no mount.

I wouldn’t trust Blizzard on this one. I rewatched for a 2nd mount on another Twitch acc and linked it to my Bnet. It gave me the mount in an hour. The original drops are bugged and neither company wants to fix it. I think a lot of people aren’t going to get their Drake.

If they fail to resolve this and the kite, then I hope they have the good decency to at least run the promotion again, or allow us to claim it from the Blizzard Store for a 24-48 hour period like with Bananas, to compensate for the issues.

I too am in the no feldrake drop. I have gotten other drops but for me they take forever. kite took 24+ hours, overwatch skin took like 12 hours. Disconnected and reconnected account like suggested. Between blizzard and twitch they should be able to sort it out. I’m sure it has nothing to do with the mass server issues day one (sarcasim). I know the account is connected properly because I did eventually get my other drops but at 4 days I’m loosing hope
