I have both Twitch.TV and Battle.net accounts linked.
I watched Maximums stream the minute drops launched for 4 hours and then claimed my Dragon Kite.
On Twitch it shows my dragon Kite has been claimed.
It has been more than 2 days since then and I haven’t received my pet!
I made a ticket but it was so unhelpful as I already had read and followed all of the support articles.
I have received Twitch drops in the past with Hearthstone as well so what’s up Blizz?
Mine is also not showing up. It’s been over 3 days.
Same here except I created and linked the accounts last night. Was about to just make a new account and watch but turns out there is a 7 day window so…horray. Time wasted for nothing. Friend got his immediately last night so I can’t imagine processing time is a factor.
Don’t know what I did wrong since I don’t watch streams in the first place…bar filled to 100%, I click claim, it has a checkmark on the twitch page, but no pet ingame…RIP pet I guess. Gonna be way more salty if I waste time again and don’t end up getting the drake.
it states on the Twitch page where you collect the reward, that there can be a wait period.
did you recently change your twitch password? …because that breaks the links.
i have to ask the stupid questions… 
are you looking in your companion tab?
i just want to make sure that you know it shows up as a gift in your collections.
(in case you were waiting for it to come in the mail or something) 
I have not changed any passwords. And yes I have checked the companion tab…

I’m aware and I seen that. Point being is my friend got it immediatly. I did not. He isn’t a new twitch user and had all of this already setup though. I did not because I don’t watch streams. I’m sure I did something wrong in the linking or claiming process.
The really stupid thing is there isn’t an option to just resend it…or at least that I’ve found. It says it’s claimed and to hell if that’s actually the case. I’m more miffed I gave some streamer hours of watch time when I’m against it on principal. Wasn’t even a good stream. Incredibly boring with most of the time doing nothing but holding raffles to run stuff. Maybe I should stream. Do about 1 hour of actual content and pretend work for the other 5 or whatever.
But alas. I figured I’d check here to see if there was some kind of obvious bug and/or fix I wasn’t aware of or even just finding out what I messed up.
Did you read the Twitch support stuff? Because Twitch has said there can be a delay in the game provider (Blizzard in this case) processing the drop eligibility to award the drop.
In my case, it took more than 48 hours, but the drop did drop.
If Twitch says you earned the drop, Blizzard will award it eventually.
Yeah, but you need to follow up on this quick. Ive been screwed out of drops before trust me lol. Some twitch drops, used to be first come first serve type if i remember, they werent like unlimited. I doubt thats still the case but some used to be like that. I got mine the first day and it took like half a day for it to show up, if it hasnt shown up by now id be a little concerned.
if anyone is concerned about it not appearing, there is an additional thread in CS which is being monitored.

I’m in the same boat as you it seems, OP. Inventory is saying it’s been 4 days since I claimed the Kite and I’ve gotten nothing in my Pet Journal.
yep twitch now says 6 days for me
Same for me. Blue post or acknowledgement or something would be nice. 4+ days for me now. It would really suck to miss out on one-time things like this from a technical screwup.
Same for me. It’s been over 5 days now. Still no drop. I already made 3 tickets to blizzard no respond as of yet and contacted twitch also regarding the issue.
After 7 days I have finally received my Dragon Kite. Hopefully it will show for others soon.

I’m hoping in a couple of days, I’ll get it too. Did you do anything specific on your end? Like put in tickets, constantly restart the bnet app, etc.?

updating this to instill hope in others. just got mine after 6 days post linking and claiming on twitch. didn’t do anything special other than post on here and load up wow every few hours, hoping to see that gold tooltip on the collections button. finally got it today!
8 days since claiming on twitch, still no pet. Hope lost on actually receiving it, and not very confident in regards to the mount.
I claimed my dragon kite pet 8 days ago and just assumed it would take it a day or so to reach my account. but I have still not gotten it and I have twitch connected to my battle.net. I had MADE Sure I connected my twitch to my battle.net before I had even started watching a stream and then claimed it. Still no pet 8 days later. Please give me the pet and I am really hoping to get the mount when it’s time to claim it.
