ive opened ticket after ticket and none of the blue people have a clue what they are doing except for hemerraging customers. People not getting what they were promised puts yet another bad light on the company who is seeming to fail. I see subs being canceld and refunded. I claimed mine the day after the event started and still nothing. why are our issues not being addressed?
Did you disconnect your twitch and wow accounts?
Claimed 8 days ago as well. Just disconnected and reconnected my account. Hopefully it shows in the next few days 
Iām in the same boat as everyone else. Iāve double checked that my accounts are linked yet Iāve still not received the pet. The Dragon Kite Pet has been claimed on twitch for over a week and nothing yet.
My sons, daughters and wifes account all qualified and did not get the pet either.
12 days and still nothing

today they have the other event i think we should stop wasting our time in giving them revenue if they arent going to honor their events
Still didnāt get the pet, 12 days now, but was able to get the mount within an hour of claiming it, so at least there is that. Also, didnāt change anything. Everything is that same as when I claimed the pet.
Same. 12 days and no sign of any pet. Also 2 hours in for drake and nothing but that Iām not stressed about yet.
14 days in on the pet, 17 hours in on the mount. still nothing for both. I connected my bnet account to my twitch the day of the kite drop, so idk if that had anything to do with why that one is messed up but iām honestly not too worried about the kite because iām not big into the pets, but itās still irritating. Iām really hoping iāll get the mount or ill be irritated about that one.

Same issue 14 days no pet but got my Feldrake instantly so thankfully I donāt care a lot about pets, but Iād really like to have it since I did earn it.
Yeah I got fel drake instantly today. But still no dragon kite.
Unfortunately for me I donāt really care about the fel drake and really wanted that dragon kite. Also blizzard makes it a huge pain in the rear to submit a ticket. Super lame.

Still donāt have the dragon kite. Got the mount within a few minutes. Not sure what to do???

My accounts are linked (show on both bnet and on twitch) and I received the Feldrake as well as some recent Overwatch drops, but never did receive the Dragon Kite. Iām wondering if itās because I already had one. I know you can have more than one because at one point I had two and gave one to a friend (it also says 1/3 in-game). Iād like to get the Twitch drop for the same reason ā to pass along to a friend who missed the promotion.
Has anyone else who already had a Dragon Kite received a second one from the promotion?
I had given up hope on getting the dragon kite pet, but was pleasantly surprised when I logged in today and saw that I had finally received it. Better late than never. It only took 24 days.
