My bnet account and my twitch account are connected and I’ve watched the 4+hrs of streams to get the dragon kite pet and have claimed it in twitch but it doesn’t appear anywhere in my bnet account.
Give it a bit of time. It’s not instantaneous.

Mine took about 16 hours to come. I logged in the following morning, no pet. Around noonish I logged out to fix addons and when I logged back in it was there. Give it some time.

As the others mentioned, it can take several hours for it to be available in-game. I believe they are looking into the delay, but it does otherwise seem to be arriving.

So just updating I watched the four hours of streams on Tuesday and also connected my bnet account at that time it is now Friday and still no pet that’s three days now

For me it’s been in my inventory on Twitch for 3 days and it’s still not there. In Rust I got them instantly. I think you need better people handling this.

Have you tried unlinking and relinking the account, Guf?
The cooldown only applies if you are changing emails, as long as you relink to the same address you won’t trigger the cooldown.

I have encountered the same issue. I had the accounts linked, watched the 4 hours of WoW streams, and haven’t gotten the pet. It says in my Twitch Drops that it’s claimed and the account is linked.
I just disconnected and reconnected my account as well. On the Twitch side, it comes up as being connected. On the B-Net side, it always comes back “An error occurred” and doesn’t show the link.

Yeah, I was linked when I got the frost helm. Then when I got the 4 hours in for the kite I noticed I was unlinked and linked again. Though I never unlinked in the first place. It just seems like in general this whole thing has been handled very poorly.
But I did also just reconnect it again. It said it would trigger the 7 day cooldown, but your telling me it won’t, but at this point I’m at this broken systems mercy as is.

As I said I’m at the mercy of it at this point. Honestly I think maybe these drops shouldn’t have happened if your people couldn’t deal with the distribution aspect of it. But that’s just my conjecture as a person trying to utilize the system and it’s feature. Hopefully all this is ironed out when that mount comes in as a drop. You think this backlash about it is bad the thunder that will be awakened when people have to wait for that mount is going to shake the heavens lol.

I watched 4 hours the first day which was the 15th I go the kite pet on the 17th. So it can take a couple days

But I did watch it the first day and claimed it and I still don’t have it, but I’m loggin out for the night. I’ve kinda given up hope.
I’ve reconnected my twitch and bnet accounts multiple times and still haven’t got the pet seems this is just another thing that isn’t going to happen.
I’m going on 4 day myself. With this and ticket wait times I’m seriously losing faith in this company recently.
Hey Everyone, thought I would give an update here.
I logged in this morning and I finally got it after 3 days. I believe my problem was my BNET account was not linked to twitch. Do not log into twitch and check (as that said I was connected 18 days ago) but log into BNET and make sure it’s connected to twitch.
After I made sure that BNET was connected it was less than 12 hours until I got it.

been 3 days for me and still no pet . i open a ticket and support told me they are to busy to help me. then they gave me links. very nice customer service cant even fix a problem. when they are giving stuff away free . all they have to do is just send us the pet . but they dont want to take a few mins to fix this stuff for us very sad how blizz customer support has gone to the bottom of the drain.especially when we are paying them money every month to play there game .

Ticket times are running upwards of 2 weeks, not normal in good times, but recent events have driven them up even with staff working tickets around the clock, 7 days a week, in 2 regions.
This is most likely a system generated response. I’m not sure this is something a GM can fix either though. Hopefully you went through the steps of checking the connection page , making sure your twitch account is listed there. Or even reconnecting the account. Some have reported success after reconnecting, and you can connect the same account with out incuring the 7 day cooldown.

Update it’s now Saturday Nov 19 still no pet after watching the 4hrs of streams on Tuesday Nov 15 and claiming the pet on Wednesday Nov 16 after reconnecting my bnet to my twitch. Yesterday Nov 18 I tried reconnecting my bnet and twitch accounts multiple times to no avail I’ve now all but given up on getting this pet or even the fel drake mount.
