Yes, I think there are more people than you think. It also impacts all players by removing cultural uniqueness from the races.
Elemental powers do exist from where Lightforged came. Rocks and thunder are everywhere.
Tryhards when lore is affected.
Tryhards when gameplay is affected.
the best thing they could had done here was give a small little story and explanation as to why the lightforged decide to dip into demon things.
we know blizzard isn’t capable of really writing grandscale stories anymore so asking for too much from blizzard is a bad idea but just something so we arent wondering why the pillars of literal light are dancing with demons lol
We all know you will continue kneeling down before blizzard even if these does not happen.
Nah. I just won’t play as one. I already have 1 of every class. Anything extra is just extra.
To be a Warlock, all you have to do is make a pact and sign on the dotted line.
To the desperate, that beats dying.
Good to see.
Spare this argument, it’s hollow and weak. ‘Cultural uniqueness’ is in no way impacted by the presence of the PC, it’s all in how the NPCs and environments are portrayed. My classic example; Thunder Bluff doesn’t become the next Dalaran just because a Tauren went to wizard college.
These complaint posts are wild to me. Tribalism in a nut shell. They can’t even fathom that individuals in each race will all have different goals and desires. It’s 100% or 0% and no in between.
Lots of people do. Devs forget that when they give everything away, it’s not fun anymore.
Ah yes, the horror: Being able to play your character as the class you please. My gods, not arbitrarily making every player a stereotype of its race will lead to unchecked madness.
As long as I see other players with these classes they impact me. If we had a single player mode I would agree with you.
What about characters that act out-of-character? For instance, a Tauren that dynamites every critter they see and regularly opposes conservation efforts?
Sounds like you should probably make friends with /ignore and also be ready to ‘lore-police’ your party in case of wrongthink, friend.
You don’t actually engage in group content anyway lol. So just RP that everyone else is an NPC.
I would classify actions players take differently than players actually being something that shouldn’t exist.
I do on occasion do group content. Regardless, I still see players in the open world.
I certainly hope they are like me and don’t care. Everyone being every race is easily explained in the world of Azeroth. Either by telling a story you haven’t heard before or simply by magic. Lore back on track, we all good now. Everything makes sense.
Says you. A Tauren is entirely capable of going to wizard school. A Draenei is entirely capable of being desperate enough to turn to the Fel if the other option is DEATH. Every class in this game has trainers, which means every class in this game can be taught to pretty much everyone else.
This is so intellectually juvenile that it’s entertaining.
Tell the world how fragile you are
