Did not get bananas after confirmation for claiming gift

When I try to redeem again shows that it has already been accepted.

Well I logged off for 2 hours and the Level 1 Bananas is there! I hope you got yours as well Skyblaze.

That doesn’t work. It has been 36 hours for me and I have logged out overnight twice already and still no pet.

Claimed Bananas, didn't get him

I claimed Bananas through the shop, but when I looked in my pet book I didn’t have the one from the charity event there. Nothing in my mailbox either. edit: after logging out of the game, closing bnet client and waiting ~30 minutes I got my pet.

Keep in mind that if you already had 3 of these pets you would not receive a 4th, due to the limits on how many of a specific pet you can have. Before opening your ticket: Wait 24 hours after claiming it from the shop. Make sure you try fully disconnecting from the game and logging out of the Blizzar…
