I claimed Bananas through the shop, but when I looked in my pet book I didn’t have the one from the charity event there. Nothing in my mailbox either.
edit: after logging out of the game, closing bnet client and waiting ~30 minutes I got my pet.

I claimed Bananas and then relogged. I still don’t have him.

Same. Logged out and back in… no Bananas, no nada. ETA: Yes, I claimed Bananas first.
Same problem here. Logged in and out multiple times. Went back to web shop and confirmed I claimed it. But cannot find it in-game.

I remember when Bananas was first made available, way back in TBC.
I saw a Night Elf Hunter with one in-game at the gates of Stormwind. I backed up the path, and faced the pair, and using just normal /say, I said “Hey, Bananas! Where did you get the Night Elf?”
Then I rode off down the hill.
About 30 seconds later I get this whisper “Hey…!”

I claimed last night too, still have not received it. Others guildie’s received theirs straight away. Is it conflicting because I already have a level 25 Bananas that I had gotten from the TCG years ago?
ok…I’ve posted in other threads about this and even got the generic “restart your game” reply from the GM’s…so here my experience with the free Banana’s.
I clamed this over 20 hrs ago from the store, logged into my game and no Bananas. Came to the forums, followed the blue posts instructions about clearing my cache, restarting my pc and logging in again. No Bananas. I already had a level 25 of him, so I caged it, logged out of the game totally, cleared my cache again, restarted the launcher and game, still not there. So I relearned my level 25 one and repeated the process…nada. I have exited the game totally and logged back in over 20 times since then and my ticket was answered a few hrs ago telling me there have been some minor delays and to restart my game to receive Bananas…well have done that multiple times so obviously it isn’t working. All my friends got it as soon as they logged in.
In the same boat. Had a level 25 Bananas from a TCG redemption years ago. Took similar steps with caging the old Bananas/relogging/etc, and nothing has worked. Guildies (that care enough to claim the pet) have all gotten theirs with no issue. The GM response I received reads as if they completely skipped over my mentioning the TCG redemption and going straight to checking “Is there a Bananas? Great, problem solved!” I claimed the charity pet within a few hours of it being available, and it has been well over 24 hours since. Hopefully they get it sorted out…

Got a similar response…It’s in your collection. I already told them I had a lvl 25 one before the redemption became available and the Gm’s are ignoring that fact. I feel like I’m hitting my head against a brick wall here.
In the same boat, had the TCG pet from way back when, but I didn’t think about caging it when I redeemed it and now I got nothing (I have since caged my old TCG one, still no new one). I mean, I guess I don’t really need two of them, but it’s more about the principal of it. People who had the old TCG one already lost an exclusive thing with this coming out, the least they could do is let us get two of them to show we had the original one. Meh.
Shouldn’t matter if we already had one from the TCG. Point is I feel ripped off for helping to hit the first charity goal and haven’t received any thing for it. Whilst there are thousands of players who haven’t donated getting this item

you know you’re eligible for the pet, and you know you’ll get it as soon as whatever bug is causing this is sorted out.

they need to figure out what’s going on before they can fix it.
no, it seems to have impacted a small number of people who already owned the pet.
there’s a thread over in CS if you want to keep an eye on it.
open a ticket (with just the basics) to get it on record that you didn’t get your 2nd 
I didn’t have the original Bananas and claimed the free one but haven’t received it. It’s been 3 days now.
Yes, we have no bananas.
Didn’t have it, claimed it, restarted game several times, never received it, shop says “good news, you already own it”.

Put in a ticket that was answered promptly with suggestions to fix my issue with Bananas, but to no avail. Followed all that was suggested and still no Bananas 
Same with me so aggravating.
Same here. Put in a ticket got told to put in a bug report. It’s been over a week since I claimed mine, and I shut my PC off nightly, so yes I DID restart wow.
