Darker more mature tones

They’d still eat people if they started talking too

This guy gets it.

I am justified in my slaughter and quest for pork.

Nerubians also went from mysterious death machines to humanised characters that we are supposed to feel bad for now as they become ‘mutated’.

The world will never be dark and moody when you can have neon colored bear tanks and sparkle kitties. (and I am glad for that)

If having some bright colors like the purple sparkle feral form is childish, I will be happy to be childish.

It makes sense to up the rating of the game, most polls show the player population is 30 and older with very small portion between ages of 18-30. I’d like a diablo theme mmo warcraft with more slutmog and gothic gear and gorey mounts.

Me confuuused

Me see threed 2 sec ago

Khadgar is in a wheel chair.

Thats a very mature tone.

>nerubians are dark so that proves the game has dark elements

>also here’s a setting to replace all spiders with crabs in case they’re too spoopy for you!!

And to the pig, you’d be evil. What would be stupid would be if you were the pig, and were like “Nah, that’s fine.”

Pig attacks on humans are fairly rare, but if they got smart enough to talk and thought that eating humans sounded like a good idea, we’d be well-justified in wiping them out or otherwise protecting ourselves.

My overall point is that the Nerubians are totes okay with eating us, so we need to consider them evil.

We absorbed the essence of demons in order to be able to fight them effectively. Since they’re already evil creatures, it was, I’d say, at worse a morally grey decision. You do what you have to when you’re fighting for the survival of your people.

So since, like demons, Nerubians want to eat us, we need to treat them as evil.

You’re ok with eating many other things, and many things are ok with eating us

There is nothing IRL that is sentient and likes to eat us. Orcas are the closest and they’re hardly a threat to humanity or on the moral/intellectual level of humans, as Nerubians are. You’re being deliberately obtuse. Tolerating you playing dumb is just annoying. If there were a sentient race on Earth that liked to eat humans, I guarantee we’d be in an “us or them” war with them.

Ah, so you’re comparing real life standards to a video games standards

You see we are various races in a video game, many sentient races each other sentient races

Trying to act offended over a virtual race eating “people” is kinda wild

i mean frankly there have also always been legions of braindead mediocre dudebros who use stuff like this for their silly escapism, and so generally will put aside whatever is written for their own puerile expectations. they feel strongly about how their manhood is only worthy of Grim And Serious stuff. usually they smelt or smell of body spray.

You’re still acting deliberately obtuse. Honestly, for your sake, I hope that’s what it is. Writers extrapolate character motives, even in fantasy and sci-fi, from what they know motivates people in real life. I’m not “offended” over a virtual race. I’m saying that the living races of the alliance and horde (the forsaken is a whole different topic) being okay with treating a race that likes to eat them as friends doesn’t pass the literary motivational sniff test.

Kinda like how I pointed out other things have eaten alliance and horde races (including alliance and horde races)

So its not really the horrible thing you’re making it out to be

Not like its cannibalism

I’ve already covered that. Yeah, bears and crocodiles sometimes eat people, but because they are not sentient – we can’t sit down with them and discuss the morality of it – we don’t get morally upset about. We don’t, however tolerate it. We put down bears, tigers, wolves, or any other animal that decides to prey on humans.

The horde races that have eaten humans are just a huge plot hole and bad writing. That fact that there are still humans buried up to their necks being "farmed’ by forsaken in Hillsbrad Foothills should make any peace with the forsaken impossible.

ETA: Alliance races don’t eat sentient races.

You’re arguing against points I didn’t even make
I don’t actually think you understand what I’m saying

Keep fighting against the lore though, good luck

That’s ironic considering your race

That’s literally a point you just made.

Demon Hunters don’t actually “eat” demons.
