I didn’t want to derail that thread further, this is a better place to discuss the question.
I won’t get into specific details, but we have a variety of tools to help us keep things organized. The most common thing we probably use for that is moving threads to the appropriate forums - like the bug report or technical support sections. We can make edits to thread titles or their body, as necessary. It’s not something we do lightly. Great power, great responsibility and all that jazz (really enjoyed Spiderverse this weekend by the way!)
There are a lot of different message board platforms out there that offer many similar features. So, if you’re curious you could probably find some info about common tools.
It used to be a joke in Alaska that the US military kept an observation post on Little Diomede to watch the Soviet troops on Big Diomede so we’d know what they were going to do the next day.

Had such a rough night last night that I was still tossing and turning when my roommates got up, fed the animals and chitter-chattered for an hour or so. So I’m running on less than 3 hrs of sleep. Time to sugar myself up.
