Second, there is currently a sock on my left foot for the first time in essentially 2 months. Not gonna lie, feels kind of weird haha

One thing I regret, is that I somehow left The Complete Works of Lewis Carroll behind when I moved to the USA. Maybe it’s time to replace it.
I adore that idea! I have a niece whose 4 ill have to steal that when she lets me read to her LOL! “Just wait until Daniel tiger dies” jk I won’t do that >.> She has a goofy looking spider book that scares her, but she loves it when I read it to her haha.
Started with the beer and chocolate. The chocolate absorbed the alcohol. I had a buzz for maybe 10 minutes, tops. Now to heat the Mac.
Started my next short term project. Gonna model “Pudel” and “Felek”. It’s the two panther tanks captured by the Polish during the Warsaw Uprising. The scale is 1/100. Got the first model built and magnetized the turret. Paint should be easy. Just a base of Dunkelgelb with some weathering and some Polish national markings.
I wanted that movie too, with Michael Palin. Good times!
Had to step away from the forum while we were talking burgers, but wanted to add a new favorite of mine - Smashburger’s truffle mushroom Swiss. And their ‘Smashfries’ are probably the best fries I’ve ever had.
Shoe has been on for about 20 minutes. Foot not happy but manageable.
Pretty sure it is a reaction to a stiff shoe as nothing is actually touching the burn
Normal routines kicked in this morning appointments kicked in for my dad. Taking him to those, then I “Might” have to drive into Austin to pick up my niece’s clarinet from the repair shop. Well, it gives me an excuse to hit the nearby game stores.
It turned out that my partner was also craving burgers, so we picked up patties and buns from the store. One of my roommates ended up cooking them for everyone; she did a really good job. 
I have a coworker who would probably be gaga over that, as she loves truffles (mushroom). Me … if I have truffles, they’re rich chocolate, and I’m not a fan of Smashburger for some reason. Tried two different burgers and the fries, and nothing was inspiring enough for the price in a mall food court.
After I visited Papa V or Glaxi once (as I worked about 10 minutes away from their offices), my coworker at the time took me to Umami Burger. They’ve got good stuff.
The warm body is now on a 4-day weekend. Less likely to call out tomorrow as he has to work 12 hours. He gets mad whenever he misses holiday hours and such.
1 more day then its my weekend and a massage on monday they have been closed to almost a month.
My body feels like I have been hit by a bus. This is why I am glad I did not get thrown back on doubles immediately
I am sore and I am super tired.
It got up to 47 degrees here today. That’s almost 117 for you weird fahrenheit using folks. It’s now just after 11, and still 30/86.
