Currently 41 here. Sitting in my car giving my back a rest. It is not happy with me after pretty much sitting for 2 months.
But it feels wonderful outside. So there is that.

Both the roommate and I have sore throats. Not sure exactly what we have, but hopefully it’s just a cold. So I took some decongestants today before work.

Oh I’m better now (all hail Nasal Decongestant, the one true god), but up to about 20 minutes ago, I could barely breath. When I was eating my Cheerios for breakfast, I had to stop so that I could breath. It was annoying.

I almost never eat cereal, but when I do, it’s Cinnamon Toast Crunch - part of a healthy, nutritious breakfast.
Probably the smallest part of the healthy, nutritious breakfast.
I have had something mild lately. I’m going to guess it’s the flu, because I’d vaccinated a couple months back and this didn’t put me down.

Oh lumbar support in my car. Oh have I missed you.
Try one of those thermocare heat packs for the neck. It’s just the right size to slap in the small of your back without having to wrap around your waist. The heat lasts for hours.

My wife just called me a Boomer. I didn’t know how to react so I reminder of the time, and by time I mean almost a year, I had her convinced she was a year older than she actually was.
