Hope everyone has had a pleasant weekend. I tried to go hiking again, but the park was full. So I was going to drown my disappointment in some Raising Canes but the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. Overall, pretty disappointing day 
Got to text my dad for Father’s Day today… it doesn’t feel like enough, but I’m getting my mom to help grab the gifts I’m shipping to him. Wish I could do more.
The mozzarella stuffed meatballs in the slow cooker, so I’ll have dinner sorted for a while. But now I need to arrange the freezer a bit better, since I don’t really have room with the way everything is packed in there right now, and I know I won’t be able to eat all the meatballs fast enough if I don’t freeze some.
Hot and humid here today. The dog and I will just hang out in the air conditioning and relax.
Making Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans for Father’s day dinner for Dad and my Brother in Law.
Have to get there before the church crowd I was at my nearby location this morning at 10:30am to claim my Caniac Card by one get one deal, line was empty at the drive through. Sorry you did get some Cane’s today 
This was yesterday but right at noon, so large lunch rush. Popeyes next to them was pretty long as well. Must have been a chicken kind of day

They just opened a Chic Fil A by us. It’s on an out lot of the mall. The line for that place wraps around the mall and down the ramp and onto the freeway. No way would I wait in a 2 mile long line for a chicken sandwich. Now when people are late we say they got caught in the chicken line.

I like Chic Fil A, but not that much. But every experience I’ve had with them has been pretty quick, considering how long the line is. But with a line out into the street, I’d just go inside (if you can yet).
We’re supposed to be getting a Raising Cain’s in the near future. I’m excited to try it. But I’m sure I’ll have to wait a bit after they open before I can even get into the lot.
Been a bad day. Despite things being shaky at home thought I would at least get a father’s day message. Nope.
So stopping at the store and picking up some Mike’s to cosume tonight. Cuz reasons.
Also almost done with day 9 of at least 18 in a row. I will be in overtime tomorrow with all of Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday on my check as well.

Checked in with my dad and he was finally able to get into a doctor to verify his “can’t work anymore” diagnosis. Union Pacific kept delaying it. He ended up at a specialist who was so pissed that this was dumped on him. 20 pages of paperwork that a non-specialist doc should be doing.

Too much fraud with medical retirement. It’s understandable but UP is known to spend the money on making Union employee lives frustrating.
And I’m home, and I was correct. 3 simple words no matter how rocky things may be. Can’t even be bothered to say it. I don’t know what to say anymore
