This is a bit of a side tangent - but…I see this said a lot, and wanted to touch on it. It’s less that we can’t and more about Scope. Scope is the defined responsibilities of a role. Those of us on the forum team also oversee our Support twitter accounts, we monitor Reddit and keep an eye on Wowhead for Customer Service related discussions.
