If you want a good movie to watch that I loved when I was younger, I recommend Hocus Pocus. :-)

Going through my freezer, I'm sitting on 3 dozen hamburger patties...guess what I had for dinner tonight?
Looking forward to tomorrow. A friend of mine is picking me up and we are going out to a game store to learn a Napoleonic ruleset.
Even have a classic leather drinking cup for a dice cup.

I find books to be scarier than movies. It and the Shining were awesome reads. To me, movies go for the jump and startle you kind of scary. A book really messes with your mind.
Well, my foray into Napoleonics today was a success. was a 4 vs 4 Prussian vs French. My Prussian units outflanked the French infantry and capture an objective just before the end of the game, they other guys was beating the French forces back. Overall, I had a hoot, met some new players and checked out a new venue.

I am coming off my weekend doubles, so I am already exhausted. My wife is home on disability for a few more weeks, so I did not have to get up early when she gets up for work.
And my kids have no school today as it is a professional development day today in their school district.
This means there were exactly zero demands on my time today. I embrace it where I can haha.

I like the character designs for RWBY, but the CG character animation turns me off. Maybe I'm just too old school.

The old stuff was pretty awkward for sure. Only the original creator, Monty, was really that familiar with Poser, though by the time the third volume came around, they'd gotten the hang of it, more or less. They switched to Maya for V4 and on, though, and it looks more like actual anime now.
