Something easy today, Baked Potatoes with fixins.

There is a place here in Tulsa that smokes their potatoes. And then you can choose smoked meats for it. Some BBQ sauce and ranch. Oh so so sooo good.

I have a DH wait question. I know there is a 24 hour freeze on DH. I just don't recall if it is from creation or deletion.

I have not started him yet and I thought of a much better name. It is not worth a paid name change when I can just start from scratch.

Is the cool down from deletion or creation?
I'm afraid I don't have much in the way of specifics, Mastadon, but from what I can see I believe it is based on creation.
Just for fun, since I don't play a DH at all, I tried the following:

-Made a new DH
-Logged in and played a little (killed a couple of things)
-Logged out and deleted them

-Made a *new* DH right after deleting the other
-No cool-down
-Logged in, played a little
-Logged out and deleted the new DH

-Tried to make a new DH and got throttled.

While it doesn't totally answer your question Mastadon, if you happen to be in the same boat and haven't made a DH previously, you should be fine to delete one and make a new one...but the cooldown/throttle will kick in after that ;)
*wobbles in bouncing off walls

Great Gooblely Gosh. I just got my LG Draenei out to Outland on the way to leveling through all the zones, and... decided to hit Northrend and start knocking out the daily Tuska..er.. Walrus people rep to get the fishing pole every day since I'll be doing the cooking and fishing dailies in Shatt. I started the cooking and fishing dailies in Dalaran also. Now my poor head is sooooooo mixeded up. Thank goodness for the quest log and tracker or I'd currently have know idea where I left off. I should have thought to plan that all out first...hehehe

'scuse me while I huddled over in the corner and shake...

oh god why did you have to remind me about the walrus people! I still need to finish their rep /cry
Hi TW,

I just wanted to clarify that my reply the other day wasn't to you. It was to that conspiracy theorist.

Conspiracy theorists drive me nuts. The smugness. The condescension. The belief that they're so much smarter than everyone around them because they have the inside track.

In most cases I've seen, they're perfect illustrations of a little knowledge...

Anyway. I hope I didn't ruffle your fur. :X
Ah, my goodie box is already here.
I have an odd craving for beer and candy. Which means I need to get gas.
Trying for hours to get to Dolanaar to get the candy bucket, but nothing on the forums is working.

Sounds to me that if you fulfill the craving, you'll have all the gas you need...

Similar thought had come to mind when I tapped that post.

Holy Moonkin!
40 minute Smash Bros direct the day before Blizzcon.
:D
I'm going to toss out something totally off topic. I stock shelves at target and we are now carrying a protein drink called Soylent. My age is showing because no one at work understands why I think it's gross. Did anybody research the name first? Anybody here know what I mean?

I noticed that, too. Either the maker has a sick sense of humor, or thought "hey, it has Soy in the name, perfect!". I have a feeling it's the latter...

Oh yes they did, it is a direct reference to that movie. The company freely admits it, it a geek thing. I tryed it when they was crowdfunding it, it's okay, not a fan of drinking sludge.
But, but, it's people!
At least it isn't named Slurm. haha

My brother has been using Soylent for several years. It was originally marketed primarily at net geeks who, absolutely 100% understood the original reference for the name. It's more than just a protein drink, or at least the ones he gets are - they're a meal replacement. Though he does have to do things like fiber supplements and his own vitamin/mineral balancing on top of what they do.

Fun fact: they keep tinkering with their formulation, and sometimes a new variant doesn't work as well for him (and other users), and there's a whole forum where people might talk about the bodily results of the latest one. =P
At least they're aware of the reference, even if it's a bit disturbing. Must be working for them if they're selling, though.
I read about that a few years ago. The prices were too high for me.
