Hope & Pray that it is something that will heal on it’s own for you Mast!
I’ve got bone spurs so I know the pain you’re feeling unfortunately my foot doctor says 99% of the time when his patients have surgery for them they come back so I just wear some sturdy arch supports he sells in his office and take ibuprofen when they really hurt.
I was just telling my wife the other day that we haven’t eaten any sheep meat since we were in China a few years ago; I’ve been looking for it in the markets around here but can’t find it.
Not sure if you’re like me Mast but along with the bone spurs I also was having cramps and thought it was due to the spurs but come to find out I have a vitamin D deficiency that was found when my doctor did my blood work and had my vitamin D checked; At first he put me on prescription for my low vitamin D, I now take over the counter 125 mcg (5,000 IU) daily and have not had a reoccurrence of the cramps.
Also my doctor told me that our bodies can’t overdose on vitamin D so I take the extra just to be sure.
That may not be the case for you, Just letting you know what it was for me.
