Ouch, RIP WW monks. Hopefully this doesn’t affect DF tuning. I had just made up my mind to main it rofl

I KNEW this was coming.

Windwalker and enhancement shamans are ridiculous…

WW monks are way way above other classes in DPS this will affect DF 100%

Are you kidding? MM is the second worst spec in the game and you’re nerfing it?

How does this balancing occur? What data are you looking at?

Specifically, how is Affliction damage not nerfed when MM damage is.

Hey, did I do anything to upset one of the devs when it came to resto shaman?

They do still exist come the 28th, right?

The nerf to Beast Mastery’s War Orders is awfully thought out.

Having Kill Command resets when you press Barbed Shot being completely RNG ruins the flow of the spec and makes it way worse to play.

If the intent is to nerf the spec, something else should be targeted, ruining the flow of a spec just for the sake of balance is egregious.

I’ve just gotten back into the game and got into holy, do these nerf severely nerf the class?

Bruh we know you won’t buff us monk mains back up come DF launch. Way to destroy monk just before launch again. How many expac is this?

Can’t wait to be told to wait till 10.1.5 for our bandaid fix… once we have have been sat for a raid tier… again.

**can you at least fix Brew taking double damage from magic and bleeds? This way we can at least tank again when every progressive raid guild sits their ww’s.

Appreciate the demo buffs since the spec was basically trash.

We still waiting on nether portal working of shards spent instead of shard dumps.

Like, probably the most agreed upon thing in regards to nether portal, the way it works feels horrible to play.

Also demonic strength is still bugged and doesn’t give a 400% damage felstorm.

Note the guillotine buff will probably still not be nearly enough to make it worthy of a capstone.

Because affliction’s single target damage is in the gutter, and the aoe damage is completely 100% propped up by Shadowlands systems.

I would like to add that Brewmaster needs some survivability buffs. Low stamina, weakest of all tanks to magic damage, incredibly sensitive to stuns, and the expel harm nerf hurt us bad. Having higher hp would fix a lot these issues though as well as upping the magic damage staggered to maybe 50% of stagger. Any buffs really.

They’re nerfing marksmanship? Amazing. Dart board balancing at its finest.

Appreciate the massive Spriest buffs! Looking forward to testing out how it performs with the reset

Can we get confirmation if these changes will carry over into DragonFlight or if this is for pre-patch activity only? Specifically looking at Enhancement Shaman “aura” nerfs. Leads me to believe this may just be for pre-patch.

I see they just wanna skip the part where WW Monks are god tier at the start of an expansion due to secondary stats not being that high on the new gear. So now WW will have to wait until 10.1.0 or 10.2.0 to get back to being mid tier.

It’s so weird to do class tuning when you have this god awful amalgamation of new talents and SL systems still in place for some reason.

EDIT: I’m well aware this was needed, just making a joke about how severe of a blanket nerf it is. I think this is the highest we’ve ever had on a live server?

I’d wager it’s a PvP nerf because they don’t seem to want to nerf Double Tap in PvP, even though that’s the real problem. >_>

Also, why are there so many 10% buffs for Shadow and Elemental? At that point, why not just make it a blanket 8-10% buff? Wouldn’t that have been easier?

EDIT: Since it’s going over some heads, this last part was a joke about how blanket nerfs/buffs are a bad way to address things, and if they blanket nerf enhancement that bad why target buff other specs :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Nailed it. They should leave things alone until DF. Right now we have leggos and covenant abilities on top of trait covenant abilities. On my DH I have 3 covenant abilities at once. Prepatch is a mess right now. I main WW and this really makes me angry.

Good priest changes minus the shadow damage buffs.
