Character Not found

i deleted my cache folder and i still have an empty server list as well as character not found when i wait 5 min for the black background to go away then select and try to load into a char

Same here, Bleeding hollows and I was in a Raid switching to my hunter on Area 52 when it happened to me.

Same thing on Stormrage and Dalaran. Several of my guildmates are having the same issue.

Same thing happened for my entire account. Was working yesterday and earlier today but this evening it shows I have no characters.

I’m getting stuck for awhile on “Retrieving realm list”. Then when that finally clears I get a list of all servers with none of them showing any characters. When I try and connect to one of my servers (Stormrage, Area52) I get to the server character screen for a second and then get disconnected with code WOW51900325.

Same issue - all characters missing across several US Server Realms

Same here. Logged off one toon to hop on another, and got 70% load and then “Character not found.” Closed the client, and restarted it, and my server (Area-52) doesn’t populate in the server list, nor do ANY of the other servers I play on.

Happened to me, too on Trollbane. Realm list loaded as if I had no toons, and when I clicked into the realm I knew I have toons on, it loaded the game, then kicked me back to the character select screen, showed my toons at that point, and threw an error that said “Character Not Found” FWIW - I’m on Spectrum Internet as well in New England - US.

Update: I just got in, however the realm selection screen still shows no toons. Interesting, indeed.

To remedy this solution, we’re going to approach it from our WoD tactics: We’re going to make it impossibly hard to actually report a problem/open a ticket. Instead, you can all start a mad posse in our forums.
