Alterac Mountains reporting in for the same issue.
Characters take time to load and when I try to enter with one, I get character not found

I agree! I had the same issue last night and never got a chance to play. I was able to create a new character about 30 mins ago and pick up my first quest then got disconnected. Now I can’t get back in. I expected it last night. Shame on me for not expecting it tonight.

I’m having the same issue I’m going to leave it on my realm and see if everything eventually loads

Cheers everyone hopefully They can find a fix soon I latterly was fine playing all day then loged off for dinner to come back to No toons listed then i managed to wissle my way into the toon screen just to have character not found and i frankly don’t like playing 15$ amoth + spending 100$ on top of it on Blizzard services and tokens just to not be able to play what i love and im so passionate about

Same issue here. Says I have no characters in any realm and then when I try to log into a specific realm it disconnects me.

You can include my name on the list of characters missing. On all of my servers. I can go to the specific server but when I choose a name, it tells me that they are not found.

Having similar issue.
Mine loads my characters after I select the realm (does take it a minute to load them). But when I select character, then click play. It starts to load but at 80% it goes back to character list and message says “Character Not Found”. Tried several times and different characters with all the same results. Was able to get on yesterday just fine.

this is what happens when corporate greed takes over, they’re more concerned with their quarterly profits then focusing on releasing a quality game. This is stuff you expect with a free to play game. They have one guy monitoring the forums and they can’t afford to bug test a game before release?

Same for me, i am just low levels as i am coming back to game after years away and starting over but all my characters say cant be found and the lvl tokens that came with my package are gone as well.

Retrieving Realm List … Proudmoore server is full … black screen … all 12 characters not found … I guess I will play to login & logout game till a TS decides to fix the problem before maintenance tomorrow morning.

I actually cant even see any of my servers… but yes all my toons are missing…

I sure hope there will be some refunds for lost game time, this is BS!! Game worked fine yesterday and now not one of my characters apparently exist.
