Character Not found

there’s a difference between being surprised and being disappointed/p.o’d that we can’t play a game that we paid good money for. I fully expect issues from time to time but wholesale loss of characters from the account? That’s beyond a simple “technical issue”

Same except mine doesn’t say not found literally all my characters are just gone on every single realm as if I have never even played the game.

I haven’t been able to login at all. takes me right to realm selection list like I have no characters. I see all my characters when I select the servers I’m on, but always character not found on every toon. It’s infuriating.

Issues are going to happen and to sit there and act as if there isn’t going to be any is foolish and silly on our part.

For people to threaten blizzard and demand money back is silly.

I guess I just see it differently and not losing myself over the fact that issues exist. shrugs.

its just, when they say they cant do anything about anything, what is their purpose? AI can monitor aircraft with real lives in danger. why is that not the case here? instead put some bio-degradable human on it… /:

It is impacting a good selection of realms, yes. It isn’t hitting everyone, which I think is more frustrating because people see their friends, guildmates, etc… able to log in.

Same on Kel and Mal.
The characters didn’t show up on the realm list. Found the realms and waited for a few mins and my chars popped, but none are found.

Second day in a row. It has been 2 hours later, trying again. Nothing. No real response. Nothing. Is it my fault that having a normal job means playing a game at peak hours? How is this my fault? I pay for services, fix your crap.

So I did a fresh install of the game, and while it was downloading, between playable and optimal I tried to load it up. It worked perfectly. So I exited the game and waited for it to download the rest of the way because who likes to play with some of the stuff missing in the game or streaming other content. Once it was done downloading I then loaded the game back up and you know what happened? Character not found. I repeated this several times just to see if I got the same results and each time while the game was downloading between playable and optimal it worked just fine. But once completed, it stopped working.
