Takes forever to load server list and when it does server list comes up without showing any characters in realms. When I do get to the character selection screen none of my characters will load in. I thought disabling out of date addons might work but to no avail… I get that this is new content and bugs happen, but they could at least address the problem and let us know they are aware and working on it.

I have the exact same problem. It shows my characters in the load screen but gets approximately 3/4 of the way through loading and then says character not found and takes me back to the character selection screen.

Same issue, played last night, realms list not showing characters and when I select my realm and try to log into a character it says character not found.

We, or at Least I, am not shooting the messenger. its a matter of documenting the amount of cases. For some people it is a big deal, those whos income resides on the game being up to play. Some like myself aren’t as concerned. Its more of an inconvenience that a straight up annoyance. I’m not going to quit over it.

you might want to switch employer. as what you are saying is: “sit and watch angry people but have no means to make them feel better”. that must honestly be pretty stressful environment to work in. seems, kind of, pointless tbh. no offense meant at all, im just wondering why they “put someone to monitor this thread” when we have neural networks controlling elections, countries and whatnot, seems like a computer can take your emotions to a better place. just my 2 cents. quit your job because what you do for a living sounds like torture for money

Cant log in to any of my toons,
when i relog server list showing empty, black screen for about 5 mins logging in to server, characters eventually load, Attempt to log in, make it 90% threw load bar, freezes, reverts to log in screen, says “Character not found”

Been trying different toons on Demon Soul and still having no luck
Been bouncing between this is FFXIV for years and i have never seen this level
of issues on FFXIV

I am having this issue as well. Realm list pops up and all my characters are gone

Same here, no characters are found. Log into server, then about 5 minutes later they appear. Try and log in, then “character not found”.

Can’t log in either. I can see my characters, but not the count on the realms, and when I select one and try to log in, Character Not Found.
I was able to log in yesterday.
Just Being the servers down for Emergency maintenance / emergency Restarts best solution i can come up with

I’ve lost two days of game time with the game trying to find my characters. Are there any plans for reimbursement?
