Character Not found

actually, after having them show up in my realm, they all say not found, like everybody else is having issues with too…

Nothing is being done about the issue this is day two of the same problem, and still 0 information or solutions, they should figure this stuff out before releasing a patch that breaks the entire game, and costs people a subscription time that they are paying for to play the game, When the server status says the servers are online and playable.

That isn’t something that Customer Support would determine, Naoma. If compensation is provided it isn’t generally determined until after the issue has been resolved by our development team.

If that is something you want to see, please post in the General Discussion forum making that request so that our Devs can see it.

Did it let get in to where you can play?

The issue resolved it self late yesterday but about hour ago started again. I was on for 4 hours earlier today then logged off and came back moments ago to the issue. If you wait long enough in your serer screen they show up but upon clicking to login the character is not found / no exist.

Dude this is pissing me off. Ive payed multiple pre patches since vanilla. i get that this is an issue when it comes to pre patch/new xpac launch. but Im having the same issue of “player not found” and wanting to try out new things that prepatch offers and not able to… really blizz come on. fix your multi million dollar game.

Was sitting on the character select screen and this popped up on my screen (I have no add-ons at all and have deleted my WFT, Cashe, and Interface folders.

Hopefully they will also fix the issue on not being able to create one of the allied races if you have them unlocked.

So, this isn’t where we post about this issue? Now I have to jump through hoops to get the right people to see? If all you’re doing is passing information, then why don’t you do that?

Vrakthris, seriously, be careful. This is how class action lawsuits start. Blizzard should offer a free “24-hour” period for all players considering its been messed up for that long at this point. That’s only fair and easily doable by the billing department one way or another.

Also having this issue. Had it yesterday, played this morning and now am having it again.

I was finally able to log in.

I feel they need to get us 2 days of free like that will hurt them NOT AT ALL TO GIVE US GOOD SERVICE. they are the ones that did the work I know if I did this bad at work I would have lost my job.

seems like the problem has returned after being resolved for a little bit…

I logged in and don’t have any characters at all and when I back out of character menu and tried to log back in it say my password is incorrect. :face_with_monocle: I’ve changed it 3 times since then and its still says incorrect password, this just can’t be.

billion dollar company charging us 15dollars a month to play their game and still doesn’t even have server issues fixed 2 days after pre-patch, peak hours are a real problem for you aren’t they. what did you cut some of the resources when people weren’t playing so you can make some more money. big patch lots of new stuff time to get them set up guys lets go. so blizzard when shadow lands releases fully should i wait a week or a month before i try to play
