VRAKTHRIS that is super basic. You are part of the problem on why people are upset about this. You and your bosses can clearly see this is a huge issue.
yeah this is now day two that im getting the “Character not found” pop up again. but bet you they wont give us the time we lost due to them back
You can add me to this list, characters are gone try to log in even as a new player and my screen just stays black
I was able to log in just now but i can’t do anything. I can’t make a toon, and all my toons are gone
I’m just pretty sure that, since you are receiving updates from said programmers and the development team, and probably Devs too, then you should be able to pass the masses requests. I am sure it’s not just me who is struggling financially through the Corona pandemic. I already spent a load of cash on the game, I want what I paid for, or I want to at least be treated fairly.

I have the same Issue on boulderfist right now, tried disabling addons and pretty much everything else
This happened to me on all my characters and i cant seem to contact support about it either

bro blizz doesnt even treat their employees fairly. what are you talking about kekw. poor guy has to deal with us all night. maybe we should cut him some slack.

Your characters are not gone, Keithericks. If you wait a few minutes, they will appear. Not ideal, but better a few minutes wait, than gone altogether.
I was able to login earlier about 1 hour ago but now I’m getting the not found error on all of my toons and they’re not numbered on the server switch screen either. Thanks.

Why cut them some slack? they choose to work for them?
If they didnt like it there they can always quit.
Having the same issue on Area 52, I had to wait at the character selection screen for 10 minutes for my toons to even populate.
