Had an answer to my ticket - Said they couldnt help and it looked fine, then advised me to get live help to see if that works. It’s almost 2PM PST which is an hour after their live chat is meant to be up and it’s not letting me?
It’s possible that their queue is full, or something is blocking access.
Have you tried another browser?
Was just typing out that it wasn’t available on Edge aswell, when it popped up. Thanks ! =) If I get any helpful info off the live chat ill relay it here aswell but I feel it’ll go the same way as the ticket.
Unfortunately, if you have phantom mail there is little that our staff can do at this point. It is an issue that our teams are looking into but we currently do not have an ETA on when the issue can be resolved.

We can’t see the mail the system assumes is there either, otherwise I would have not said that there is little that our staff can do here and that it is being looked into.
So basically, I’m screwed and can server transfer this toon because of a bug…
They can’t see it - Live chat just went through my character and they know it exists but they’re unable to see it to clear it out as far as I’m aware?
Basically, you’ll need to wait until the issue can be resolved. It is being looked into and we hope to have it resolved as soon as we can but that is all the information I have at the moment.
HAHAH FIXED IT, went though all my toons and emptied all thier mail too

I went though every character on my account and cleared their mail, took me a while but whatever, I can now get to the payment page for transfer/faction change on my previously phantom mail character

I think it has to do with an account bound item in your toons mailbox, not the toon your transferring but on on the same realm your try to move from
seems like its fixed. i didn’t do anything but its working now
Mines still saying I have active auctions although the mail part is fixed.

I understand that you are getting the error that you are unable to transfer due to mail. Well that is no good, lets find out what may be causing this.
It looks like a bug popped up that is preventing players from being able to purchase transfers due to mail, when they have no mail at all. I see you have no mail, so you may be affected by this as well. I see that our QA team is hard at work trying to find a fix for this bug, so they will hopefully get it working again soon! I would suggest just trying to purchase it again every so often to see if the bug is fixed. You can also keep an eye on the WoW bug report forums, which is where would post an updates regarding bugs.
I also noticed that your character has a Honorbound Scouting Map on it. Since heirloom items can prevent characters from being allowed to transfer, it may be a good idea to send this map over to another character as well. You may even want to try to make the purchase after sending the map off just in case the map itself is the issue here. Hopefully you can get your character on a new realm sooner than later!

That’s usually caused by a game overlay from another program, like Discord.
