Incorrectly Banned for Botting - Monso Arugal

We aren’t the same person, we are from different countries but play together in game. The other Shaman you’re quoting (and i’m quoting) has had their ban reversed while i received a pretty bland response, my ticket was set to resolved and i’m still banned. I have since sent though another ticket with the help of this player going through the same thing.

My friend was suspended for "cheating"

A player is never banned for botting just because of reports, or the number of reports. Blizzard doesn’t ban because players claim someone is botting. They go by their log files. They go by what is detected by Warden. You can have hundreds of players report you for botting, but if the log files don’t support it nothing happens.
