Le Sserafim at Blizzcon

Anyone else find this choice in artist a little bit disappointing and out of character for Blizzcon? Is it me?? Am I so out of touch?? No its the children who are wrong.

Le seraphim and who gets paid

I was having a discussion with someone about this colab. We couldn’t agree on who is paying who. I was under the impression blizzard is paying hybe label to use le seraphim, but my friend thought the other way around. Can anyone lend some insight on how these colabs work.
