Le Sserafim at Blizzcon

Anyone else find this choice in artist a little bit disappointing and out of character for Blizzcon?

Is it me?? Am I so out of touch??
No its the children who are wrong.

It’s disappointing that the artist chosen is tied to a promotion for the game. Just feels artificial and bad.

No, I don’t see an issue with something different. Us 40-something Gen Xers for WoW aren’t their target audience.

K-POP isn’t my style of music but is very popular right now. I am sure people will enjoy the concert.

Seraphim (which is what I suspect their name is a play on) is plural for seraph, which is a type of angel in Judeo-Christianity.

It’s fine for Overwatch. BlizzCon isn’t just about world of warcraft.

Oh man, when they said artist I was like “someone’s mad at drawings?” but now I realise someone’s just mad at singers

Its an incredibly lame choice.
However im only tuning in for the wow news and ignoring the rest of it, so it doesnt affect me at all.
I wouldnt listen even if it was good music.

their target audience isn’t relevant, their core audience is what is relevant for a convention.

Is not WoW. ROFL

WoW vets don’t seem to ever care about the musical acts at Blizzcon, and it might attract some new blood to Blizzard games, makes sense to me.

My first and only reaction was “who?”

Then again, Kpop isn’t my thing and I know basically nothing about it.

Evergrey or Sabaton, Blizzard. Or anything/anyone else metal. Please and thank you. :stuck_out_tongue:

I mean if League of Legends can make Kpop to advertise in game skins then why not?

We only care about things we can complain about, same as always.
