Retail players are just gonna go back to retail. No loss for Blizz.
Why not just make servers that have RDF, and servers that don’t have RDF, and let people decide for themselves what kind of community they want to join. Can Blizzard not do that?

They can but if they did that and more people went to the RDF then they would be exposed for being so out of touch with their community especially after they doubled and tripled down on not wanting RDF.

I want to voice my opinion on this topic, keep RDF out until it was supposed to be in
to let people catch up in alts and gear during the ICC content.
All RDF does is turn World of Warcraft into Dungeons of Warcraft. Let us have our experience as close to as it was in 2008. If they decided to put RDF in during the ICC content then fine but don’t ruin the initial content with an unnecessary tool.
“if you are unable to commit the time needed to play this game as is then its not for you.” I hear that all the time in retail with the countless hours needed to grind borrowed power to do raids. If all you want to do is boost a character and not engage in what made Wrath my favorite expansion, the world, then go timewalk in retail and spam RDF there.

There’s not a real intuitive argument why waiting until ICC for RDF is the right move, though. It’s a lot easier to argue that RDF was an improvement to the game that was only really delayed due to constraints present until that point that it was originally added. Given the fact that dungeons are the gate to raiding outside of GDKPs, unless you run your alts during major content releases, you’re going to be struggling to gear during droughts without RDF.
Hasn’t meant anything since original Wrath either.

also it’s “chock”-full
majority of ever poll done on these servers wanted the dungeon finder put in its the minority that are crying to keep it out I compiled a list of polls on RDF - the majority wants RDF that’s 70k total people voted total for all those polls and plenty of people welcomed it the first time around
