Well, what did people expect after making posts about the queues in RSS like these:

DPS solo shuffle queue times still unacceptably long

Who would have guessed that making a garbage title for healing at 1800 would do absolutely nothing for dps queue times? Bad Specs. Long RSS Queues.

What's causing long queue times?

for solo shuffle? is it lack of players, or?

Long queues

I finally got to do some 3’s on ally with two of my friends and two of us started the night at 0cr and the 3rd had already done around 8 matches before tonight and we queued from about 8:30pm. Every game we queued except for 4 games was 2-3 minutes long. In some cases we would be in the queue for 2-3 minutes, then leave and wait another 1-2 minutes. If we were lucky we might queue for less than a minute if we requeued. We barely got to 1500 rating and the queues are like this. Really feels like…

Toxicity is byproduct of long queue times

If the queue times were a min or two for DPS there wouldn’t be nearly as much toxicity. I don’t think people would care as much about bad plays from their team mates or losing when they play good if they could just hop on another game in a matter of couple minutes. I think having to wait 25-45 mins per game already puts a lot of the DPS in an agitative mode even before the games begin.

So, now, the matchmaker doesn’t prevent spec stacking and has wide bands for MMR to prioritize fast queues.

Do you want fast queues or good games? You can’t have both. Make up your minds.
